It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Ghusl with a Mudd and Ghusl with approximately a Sa'.  

النسائي:٣٤٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْكُوفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

The Prophet ﷺ used to wash himself with a sa' (of water) and perform ablution with a mudd (of water). Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been narrated by Aban on the authority of Qatadah. In this version he said: "I herd safiyyah."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to perform ablution with a vessel that had a capacity of two-thirds of a liter, and he used to take a full bath with a measurement called "sa'a".
