" Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us on the day of Nahr (Sacrifice) and said: What day is this? And the rest of the hadith is the same except that he did not make mention of" your honour," and also did not make mention of this: He then turned his attention towards two rams and what follows, and in a hadith (the words pertaining to sacred- ness are recorded in this way):" Like the sacredness of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours to the day when you will meet your Lord. Behold, have I not conveyed (the Message of God)? They said: Yes. He said: O Allah, bear witness."  

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ أَىُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا وَسَاقُوا الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَذْكُرُ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ وَلاَ يَذْكُرُ ثُمَّ انْكَفَأَ إِلَى كَبْشَيْنِ وَمَا بَعْدَهُ وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ تَلْقَوْنَ رَبَّكُمْ أَلاَ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ  

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, during the Farewell Pilgrimage: ‘Is not the most sacred of your days this day, is not the most sacred of your months this month, is not the most sacred of your lands this land? Your blood and your wealth are as sacred to you as this day of yours in this month of yours. Have I not conveyed (the message)?’ They said: ‘Yes.” He said: ‘O Allah, bear witness.’”  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي حِجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ أَلاَ إِنَّ أَحْرَمَ الأَيَّامِ يَوْمُكُمْ هَذَا أَلاَ وَإِنَّ أَحْرَمَ الشُّهُورِ شَهْرُكُمْ هَذَا أَلاَ وَإِنَّ أَحْرَمَ الْبَلَدِ بَلَدُكُمْ هَذَا أَلاَ وَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا أَلاَ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us on the day of Aqaba and said, "O people, indeed, your blood and your wealth are sacred to you until you meet your Lord, just as the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours. Have I conveyed the message?" They said, "Yes." He said, "O Allah, have I conveyed the message?"  

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْعَقَبَةِ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ إِلَى أَنْ تَلْقَوْا رَبَّكُمْ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا أَلَا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ اللهُمَّ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon on the Day of Sacrifice and said, "Indeed, your blood and your wealth are sacred among yourselves like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours, until the day you meet your Lord. Have I not conveyed the message?" They said, "Yes." He said, "O Allah, bear witness." The witness among you will convey to the absent one, for perhaps the one being informed will understand better than the one hearing. Beware, do not turn back after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another."  

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ تَلْقَوْنَ رَبِّكُمْ أَلَا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟» قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ اشْهَدْ» يُبَلِّغُ الشَّاهِدُ مِنْكُمُ الْغَائِبَ فَرُبَّ مُبَلَّغٍ أَوْعَى مِنْ سَامِعٍ أَلَا لَا تَرْجِعُنَّ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ  

"أَلَا إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُم عَليكمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هذا وكَحُرمَةِ بَلَدِكُمْ هَذا، وكَحُرمَةِ شَهْركُمْ هَذا، أَلَا هَلْ بلّغْت اللَّهم اشْهَدْ ".  

"أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ أَيُّ شَهْرٍ أَحْرَمُ؟ قالُوا: هَذَا، قَال: أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَأَيُّ بَلَد أَحْرَمُ ؟ قَالُوا: هَذَا، قَال: فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالكُمْ، وأَعْرَاضَكُم مُحَرَّمَةٌ عَلَيكُمْ كُحرَمَةِ يَوْمِكم هَذَا في شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا في بلَدِكُمْ هَذَا إِلى يَوْمِ تَلقَوْنَ رَبَكُمْ، هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟ اللَّهُمَ اشْهَدْ، أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ليُبَلغ الشَّاهِدُ الغَائِبَ".  

" عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ حُزَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ حُزَيْمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ فِى حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: أَلَا إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِى شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِى بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلَا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟ فَقَالُوا: الَّلهُمَّ نَعَمْ".  

"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ: أَىُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا؟ وَأَىُّ شَهْرٍ هَذَا؟ وَأَىُّ بَلدٍ هَذَا؟ أَلَيْس شَهْرٌ حَرَامٌ؟ وَبَلَدٌ حَرَامٌ؟ وَيَوْمٌ حَرَامٌ؟ أَلا إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ عَلَيكُم حَرَامٌ، كحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكمِ هَذَا، فِى شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا فِى بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ تَلْقَونَ رَبَّكُمْ، اللَّهُم هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ، اللَّهُمَ اشْهَدْ".  

"إِنَّ أَحرَمَ الأَيَّام يومُكم هذا، فِى شهرِكم هذا، في بلدِكم

(هذا) أَلَا إِنَّ دماءَكم وأَموالكم حرامٌ، كحرمةِ يومِكم هذَا في شهرِكم هذا في بلدِكم هذا، أَلَا هَلْ بلَّغْتُ؟ قالوا: نَعَمْ، قال: اللهُمَّ اشْهَدْ".  

"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : إِنَّ أحْرَمَ الأيَّام يَوْمُكُم هَذَا فِي شْهرِكُم هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، قَالَ: إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُم حَرامٌ عَلَيْكُم كحُرمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهركُمْ هَذا، فِي بَلدِكُمْ هَذا، أَلَا هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟ قَالُوا: نَعَمْ، اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ".
