31.25 [Machine] The Fall of the Moors between the Two Nations.

٣١۔٢٥ سُقُوطُ الْمُوَارَثَةِ بَيْنَ الْمِلَّتَيْنِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: people of two different religions would not inherit from one another. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2911)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٣٤٨ – أَخْبَرَنِي مَسْعُودُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ وَأَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ كَذَا قَالَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى»

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ»

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٣٥١ – أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَمَّالُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى»
