The Prophet ﷺ heard the voices of some people quarreling near his gate, so he went to them and said, "I am only a human being and litigants with cases of disputes come to me, and maybe one of them presents his case eloquently in a more convincing and impressive way than the other, and I give my verdict in his favor thinking he is truthful. So if I give a Muslim's right to another (by mistake), then that (property) is a piece of Fire, which is up to him to take it or leave it." (See Hadith No. 281 )

So, If I give the right of a Muslim to another by mistake, then it is really a portion of (Hell) Fire, he has the option to take or give up (before the Day of Resurrection).

I am a human being and the claimants bring to me (the dispute) and perhaps some of them are more eloquent than the others. I judge him to be on the right, and thus decide in his favcur. So he whom I, by my judgment, (give the undue share) out of the right of a Muslim,. I give him a portion of Fire; he may burden himself with it or abandon it.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard a dispute near the door of Umm Salamah. He went out to them and said, "Verily, you are disputing, and indeed I am only a human. It is possible that some of you may present their argument better than others. So, I will judge in favor of him whom I hear the most convincing argument from, and I believe to be truthful. So, whoever I have awarded anything from the right of his brother, then it is a piece from the Hellfire. So, let him take it or leave it."

[Machine] The daughter of Abu Salama and her mother Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , informed him that her mother Umm Salamah said: The Prophet ﷺ heard the clamor of some disputing individuals at his door, so he went out to them and said: "I am only a human being. It may be that the disputant is more articulate than his opponent, so I will judge in his favor. And I consider him to be truthful. So whoever I judge in favor of his opponent by the right of a Muslim, then it is only a piece of the Hellfire. So let him take it or leave it."

أَلْحَنَ بِحجَّتِهِ من بعضٍ فَأَحْسِبُ أَنَّهُ صدَقَ وأَقضى له بذلك؛ فأَقضى له على نحو ما أَسْمَعُ. فمن قضيت له بِحَقِّ مسلِم؛ فَإِنَّمَا هى قِطْعَةٌ من النَّارِ، فَلْيَأْخُذْهَا أو لِيَتْرُكْهَا ".
