Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not be established until the sun rises from the West: and when the people see it, then whoever will be living on the surface of the earth will have faith, and that is (the time) when no good will it do to a soul to believe then, if it believed not before." (6.158)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا رَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنَ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَذَاكَ حِينَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The hour will not be established till the sun rises from the West; and when it rises (from the West) and the people see it, they all will believe. And that is (the time) when no good will it do to a soul to believe then." Then he recited the whole Verse (6.158)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنُوا أَجْمَعُونَ وَذَلِكَ حِينَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ الآيَةَ

The (Last) Hour shall not came till the sun rises from the place of its setting And on the day when it rises from the place of its setting even if all the people together affirmed their faith, it would not be of any avail to one who did not believe previously and derived no good out of his belief.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا

When three things appear faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from his faith: the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the Dajjal, and the beast of the earth.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثٌ إِذَا خَرَجْنَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَالدَّجَّالُ وَدَابَّةُ الأَرْضِ

The last hour will not come before rising of the sun in its place of setting. When it rises (there) and the people see it, those who are on it (the earth) will believe. This is the time of which the Qur’anic verse says: “. . .no good will it do to a soul to believe in them then, if it believed not before nor earned righteousness through its faith."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنَ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَذَاكَ حِينُ { لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا } الآيَةَ

“I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ‘The Hour will not begin until the sun rises from the west (i.e. the place of its setting). When it rises, the people will see it, and everyone on (earth) will believe, but that will be at a time when faith will not benefit anyone who did not believe before.’”

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنَ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَذَلِكَ حِينَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ

“Towards the west (i.e., the place of the setting of the sun) there is an open door, seventy years wide. That door will remain open for repentance until the sun rises from this direction. When it rises from this direction, faith will not benefit any soul that did not believe before or earn anything good through its faith.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنْ قِبَلِ مَغْرِبِ الشَّمْسِ بَابًا مَفْتُوحًا عَرْضُهُ سَبْعُونَ سَنَةً فَلاَ يَزَالُ ذَلِكَ الْبَابُ مَفْتُوحًا لِلتَّوْبَةِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ نَحْوِهِ فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ مِنْ نَحْوِهِ لَمْ يَنْفَعْ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: The Hour will not be established until the sun rises from its place of setting and all people believe on that day. On that day, the faith of a person will not benefit them if they did not believe before, or if their faith did not earn them goodness. The Hour will not be established until you fight the Jews, and the Jew will hide behind a stone, and the stone will say: "O servant of Allah, O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him." The Hour will not be established until you fight against a people whose shoes are made of hair.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَيُؤْمِنَ النَّاسُ أَجْمَعُونَ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا وَلَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تُقَاتِلُوا الْيَهُودَ فَيَفِرَّ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَرَاءَ الْحَجَرِ فَيَقُولَ الْحَجَرُ يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي وَلَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تُقَاتِلُوا قَوْمًا نِعَالُهُمُ الشَّعَرُ

حَدَّثَنا القَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ آمَنَ النَّاسُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا»

“I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: ‘The Hour will not begin until the sun rises from the west (i.e. the place of its setting). [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Hour will not be established until the sun rises from its place of setting. When it rises and the people see it, they will all believe. But that will be the time when, 'No good it will do to a soul to believe then, if it believed not before, nor earned good by deeds of righteousness through its faith,' (Al-Anam, 158)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنُوا أَجْمَعُونَ وَذَلِكَ حِينَ {لَا يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ مِنْ قَبْلُ أَوْ كَسَبَتْ فِي إِيمَانِهَا خَيْرًا} [الأنعام 158]

"إِنَّ منْ قِبَلِ مَغْرِبِ الشَّمْسِ بابًا مفتوحًا، عرضُهُ سبْعُون سنةً، فلا يزالُ ذلك البابُ مفتوحًا حتَّى تطُلعَ الشَّمْسُ من نحوه، فإذا طَلَعَتْ من نَحْوِه لَمْ يَنْفَعْ نَفْسًا إِيمانُهَا لم تكن آمنت من قَبْلُ أَو كسبت في إِيمانِها خيرًا" .

"ثَلَاثٌ إِذا خرجْن لا ينْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمانُهَا لمْ تكُن آمنَتْ مِن قبْلُ أَوْ كسبتْ فِى إِيمانِها خيرًا: طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ من مَغْربها، وَالدَّجَّالُ، ودابَّةُ الأرضِ".

"لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا، فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَرآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنُوا أَجْمَعُونَ، فَذَلِكَ حينَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمانُهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ آمَنَتْ منْ قَبْلُ".
