عَنِ النَّبِيّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبده قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبده جَدَعْنَاهُ وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يُحَدِّثُ بِهَذَا عَنْ سَمُرة قَالَ قَتَادَةُ ثُمَّ نَسِيَ الْحَسَنُ بَعْدُ فَكَانَ يُفْتِي أَنَّهُ لا يُقْتَلُ السَّيِّدُ بِالْعَبْدِ
The Prophet ﷺ Said: If anyone kills his slave, we shall kill him, and if anyone cuts off the nose of his slave, we shall cut off his nose.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever kills his slave, then we will kill him, and whoever maims his slave, then we will maim him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him: whoever mutilates (his slave). We will mutilate him, and whoever castrates (his slave), we will castrate him."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ وَمَنْ أَخْصَاهُ أَخْصَيْنَاهُ
"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
"The Prophet said: 'Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him."'
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
“Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates (his slave) we will mutilate him.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him. And whoever mutilates him, we will mutilate him." Then Al-Hasan forgot this Hadith and used to say, "A free man should not be killed for a slave."
