البزّار:٣٩١٨وحَدَّثناه عَمْرو بن علي قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الأعلى قَال حَدَّثنا سَعِيد بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبة عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرة بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبده قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبده جَدَعْنَاهُوَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ يُحَدِّثُ بِهَذَا عَنْ سَمُرة قَالَ قَتَادَةُ ثُمَّ نَسِيَ الْحَسَنُ بَعْدُ فَكَانَ يُفْتِي أَنَّهُ لا يُقْتَلُ السَّيِّدُ بِالْعَبْدِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him. And whoever mutilates him, we will mutilate him." Then Al-Hasan forgot this Hadith and used to say, "A free man should not be killed for a slave."

الدارمي:٢٤٠٣أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
