"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Wudu' for every prayer. One the day of the Conquest (of Makkah), he offered all the prayers with one Wudu'. 'Umar said to him: 'You have done something that you never did before.' He said: 'I did that deliberately, O 'Umar.'"

صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ بِوُضُوءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُكَ صَنَعْتَ الْيَوْمَ شَيْئًا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَصْنَعُهُ قَالَ عَمْدًا صَنَعْتُهُ
"The Prophet would perform Wudu for every Salat. So during the year of the Conquest, he performed all of the prayers with one Wudu, and he wiped over his Khuff. So Umar said, 'You did something that you have not done before?' He replied: "I did it on purpose."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَوَضَّأُ لِكُلِّ صَلاَةٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عَامُ الْفَتْحِ صَلَّى الصَّلَوَاتِ كُلَّهَا بِوُضُوءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ إِنَّكَ فَعَلْتَ شَيْئًا لَمْ تَكُنْ فَعَلْتَهُ قَالَ عَمْدًا فَعَلْتُهُ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ performed the prayers with only one wudu on the day of the conquest. 'Umar said to him, "Indeed, you have done something that you have never done before." He replied, "I did it intentionally."

"أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَوْمَ فَتْح مَكَّةَ تَوَضَّأ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيه، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: يَارَسُولَ اللهِ! رَأَيْتُكَ الْيَوْمَ صَنَعْتَ شَيْئًا لَمْ تَكُنْ لِتَضنَعَهُ قَبْلَ الْيَوْمِ، فَقَالَ: عَمْدًا صَنَعتُهُ يَا عُمَرُ".
