That the Messenger of Allah sent him to Yemen, and he commanded him to take a Dinar, or its equivalent in Maafr,[1] from each person who had reached the age of puberty. And with regard to cattle, from every thirty a male or female Tabi '(two-year-old). And from every forty a Musinnah (three-year-old). (Daif)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ ثَلاَثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً

"The Messenger of Allah sent me to Yemen, and he commanded me to take from every forty cows, a cow in its third year, and from every thirty, a Tabi '(two-year-old), and from every person who had reached the age of puberty a Dinar or is equivalent in Maafir." (Daif)

مُعَاذٌ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً ثَنِيَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاَثِينَ تَبِيعًا وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ

That when the Messenger of Allah sent him to Yemen, he commanded him to take from every thirty, cattle a male or female Tabi'(two-year-old), and from every forty, a Musinnah (three-year-old), and from every person who had reached the age of puberty a Dinar or is equivalent in Ma'afir. (Da 'if)

لَمَّا بَعَثَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاَثِينَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ

When the Prophet ﷺ sent him to the Yemen, he ordered him to take a male or a female calf a year old for every thirty cattle and a cow in its third year for every forty, and one dinar for every adult (unbeliever as a poll-tax) or cloths of equivalent value manufactured in the Yemen.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا وَجَّهَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاَثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ يَعْنِي مُحْتَلِمًا دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مِنَ الْمَعَافِرِ ثِيَابٌ تَكُونُ بِالْيَمَنِ

"The Prophet sent me to Yemen and ordered me to collect a Tabi or a Tabi'ah on every thirty cows, a Musinnah on every forty, a Dinar for every Halim, or its equivalent of Ma'afir."Abu Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan. Some of them reported this Hadith from Sufyan, from Al-A'mash, from Abu Wa'il, from Masruq: "The Prophet sent Mu'adh to Yemen and ordered him to take..." and this is more authentic

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent me to Yemen and commanded me to take a dinar or its equivalent from every haleem, and he ordered me to take forty elderly cows and thirty cows for sale, and he commanded me in regards to the tenth (of crops) that is watered by rainwater and not by irrigation, to take half of the tenth.

بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ بَقَرَةً تَبِيعًا حَوْلِيًّا وَأَمَرَنِي فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ الْعُشْرَ وَمَا سُقِيَ بِالدَّوَالِي نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me to Yemen, and he commanded me to take from the cows forty mature cows, and from every thirty cows to sell or exchange, and from every debtor a dinar or its equivalent in weight.

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ «فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهَ مَعَافِرَ»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me to Yemen and commanded me to take from every drachma or equivalent a certain amount, and he commanded me to take from every thirty cows a sale, and from every forty sheep a sheep known for its age, and he commanded me to take from watered land a tenth or its equivalent, and from dry land half of its tenth.

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ «فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعًا وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِمَّا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ أَوْ سُقِيَ بَعْلًا الْعَشْرَ وَالدَّوَالِي نِصْفَ الْعَشْرِ»

[Machine] "That the Prophet ﷺ commanded him, when he sent him to Yemen, to take from every thirty cows to sell or purchase from every forty-year-old cow and from every milch-cow a dinar or its equivalent."

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَهُ حِينَ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهَ مَعَافِرَ»

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ «فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ آخُذَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً وَهُوَ الْجَذَعُ وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مِنَ الْمَعَافِرِ»

"عَنْ مُعَاذٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ، فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأخُذَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاثِينَ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً، وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بَقَرَةً مُسِنَّةً، وَمِنْ كُلِّ ثَلاثِينَ بَقَرَةً تَبِعًا جَذَعًا".
