Mu'awiyah asked: Messenger of Allah, what is the right of the wife of one of us over him? He replied: That you should give her food when you eat, clothe her when you clothe yourself, do not strike her on the face, do not revile her or separate yourself from her except in the house. Abu Dawud said: The meaning of "do not revile her" is, as you say: "May Allah revile you".

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا حَقُّ زَوْجَةِ أَحَدِنَا عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَنْ تُطْعِمَهَا إِذَا طَعِمْتَ وَتَكْسُوَهَا إِذَا اكْتَسَيْتَ أَوِ اكْتَسَبْتَ وَلاَ تَضْرِبِ الْوَجْهَ وَلاَ تُقَبِّحْ وَلاَ تَهْجُرْ إِلاَّ فِي الْبَيْتِ

a man asked the Prophet ﷺ: “What are the right of the woman over her husband?” He said: “That he should feed her as he feeds himself and clothe her as he clothes himself; he should not strike her on the face nor disfigure her, and he should not abandon her except in the house (as a form of discipline).” (Hassan)

[Machine] He asked the Prophet ﷺ , "What are the rights of my wife upon me?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Feed her when you eat, clothe her when you dress, and do not hit her in the face or abandon her except within the house."

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَا حَقُّ امْرَأَتِي عَلَيَّ؟ قَالَ تُطْعِمُهَا إِذَا طَعِمْتَ وَتَكْسُوهَا إِذَا اكْتَسَيْتَ وَلَا تَضْرِبِ الْوَجْهَ وَلَا تَهْجُرْ إِلَّا فِي الْبَيْتِ

[Machine] I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what are the rights of a wife upon us?" He said, "To feed her when you eat, and to clothe her when you clothe yourself, and to avoid hitting her on the face, and to not insult her or abandon her except inside the house."

"حَقُّ المَرْأَه عَلَى الزَّوْجِ: أَنْ يُطعمَهَا إِذَا طَعِمَ، وَيَكْسُوَها إِذَا اكْتسَى، وَلَا يَضْرِبِ الوَجْهَ؛ وَلَا يُقبِّحْ وَلَا يَهْجُر إِلَّا فِى البَيْتِ".
