The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If Allah wants good for someone, He afflicts him with trials."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُصِبْ مِنْهُ».

I heard Mu'awiya b. Abu Sufyan saying in an address that he had heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He to whom Allah intends to do good, He gives him insight into religion. And I am only the distributor while Allah is the Bestower.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا قَاسِمٌ وَيُعْطِي اللَّهُ

"When Allah wants good for a slave, He puts him in action." It was said: "How does he put him in action O Messenger Of Allah?" He said: "By making him meet up with the righteous deeds before death."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا اسْتَعْمَلَهُ فَقِيلَ كَيْفَ يَسْتَعْمِلُهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ يُوَفِّقُهُ لِعَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ قَبْلَ الْمَوْتِ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "For whomever Allah wants good, he gives him understanding in the religion.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'When Allah wills good for a person, He causes him to understand the religion.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ

"I heard Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan narrating that the Messenger of Allah said: "Goodness is a (natural) habit while evil is a stubbornness (constant prodding from Satan). When Allah wills good for a person, He causes him to understand the religion.'"

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْخَيْرُ عَادَةٌ وَالشَّرُّ لَجَاجَةٌ وَمَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah. (And remember) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (Day of Judgment) is established." سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah. (And remember) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (Day of Judgment) is established." [AI] "And whoever Allah intends for him good, He grants him understanding of the religion. And indeed, I am only a distributor, and Allah is the provider."

وَمَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهُّ فِي الدِّينِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا قَاسِمٌ وَيُعْطِي اللهُ ﷻ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When Allah intends good for His servant, He grants him understanding of the religion."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ ﷻ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا يُفَقّهْهُّ فِي الدِّينِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "When Allah intends good for a servant, He grants him understanding of the religion."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ ﷻ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا فَقَّهَهُ فِي الدِّينِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "When Allah intends good for a servant, He employs him before his death." A man from the people asked him, "What does He employ him for?" He replied, "Allah guides him to perform good deeds before his death, then He takes him in that state."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا اسْتَعْمَلَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مَا اسْتَعْمَلَهُ ؟ قَالَ يَهْدِيهِ اللهُ ﷻ إِلَى الْعَمَلِ الصَّالِحِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْبِضُهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If Allah wills goodness for a servant, He sweetens him.” It was said, “What would be his sweetness?” The Prophet said, “Allah opens the door of righteous deeds for him before his death and then receives his soul in that state.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا، عَسَلَهُ۔» قِيلَ: وَمَا عَسَلُهُ؟ قَالَ: «يَفْتَحُ اللهُ لَهُ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْبِضُهُ عَلَيْهِ۔»

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When Allah ﷻ wills good for family, he enters tenderness into their ˹hearts for each other˺".

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ ﷻ بِأَهْلِ بَيْتٍ خَيْرًا أَدْخَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّفْقَ۔»

Yahya related to me from Malik that Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Sasaca said that he heard Abu'l-Hubab Said ibn Yasar say that he had heard Abu Hurayra say, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Allah afflicts the one for whom He desires good.'"

يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُصِبْ مِنْهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When Allah intends good for His servant, He grants him sweetness before his death." It was asked, "And what is this sweetness before his death?" He said, "He is granted the opportunity to perform righteous deeds until he is pleased with him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَسَلَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ» قِيلَ وَمَا عَسَلُهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ؟ قَالَ «يُفْتَحُ لَهُ عَمَلٌ صَالِحٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ مَوْتِهِ حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When Allah intends good for a person, He gives him a taste of it before his death." It was asked, "And what is that taste?" He said, "He is granted the ability to perform righteous deeds until he is pleased with him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَسَلَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ» قِيلَ وَمَا عَسَلُهُ؟ قَالَ «يُفْتَحُ لَهُ عَمَلٌ صَالِحٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ مَوْتِهِ حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهُ»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever changes his religion, kill him.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

[AI] "If God wants good for a servant, He will grant him honey before his death." It was asked, "What is meant by honey?" He said, "He will bless him with righteous deeds before his death."

«إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ ﷻ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَسَّلَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ» قِيلَ مَا عَسَّلَهُ؟ قَالَ «يَرْزُقُهُ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "When Allah intends good for a servant, He purifies him before his death." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the purification of a servant?" He said, "It is performing righteous deeds that Allah inspires him with until He takes him (i.e. his soul) while he is upon them."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا طَهَّرَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا طَهُورُ الْعَبْدِ؟ قَالَ «عَمَلٌ صَالِحٌ يُلْهِمُهُ إِيَّاهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ عَلَيْهِ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever changes his religion, kill him."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

I heard Muawiya bin Abi Sufyan delivering a sermon. He said, "I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "If Allah wants to do a favor to somebody, He bestows on him, the gift of understanding the Qur'an and Sunna. I am but a distributor, and Allah is the Giver. The state of this nation will remain good till the Hour is established, or till Allah's Order comes." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7312)

[AI] I heard Muawiyah giving a sermon from the pulpit saying, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever Allah intends to do good for, He grants him understanding of the religion.'"

سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

[AI] I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying, "Surely, Allah does not become weary nor does He sleep, and there is no one other than Him who can predict what He does not know. Whoever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding in the religion."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُغْلَبُ وَلَا يُخْلَبُ وَلَا يُنَبَّأُ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

[AI] "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever Allah wishes good for, He grants him understanding of the religion.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا فَلْيُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If Allah wants to do good to a person, He makes him comprehend the religion. I am just a distributor, but the grant is from Allah. (And remember) that this nation (true Muslims) will keep on following Allah's teachings strictly and they will not be harmed by any one going on a different path till Allah's order (Day of Judgment) is established."
