[Machine] To Him belongs the servant of the Most Merciful, and it is through your ties of kinship that you will attain mercy. Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ said that Allah (glorified and exalted be He) said: "I am the Most Merciful. I have created the womb (i.e., relationships) and have derived its name from My Name. So, whoever maintains ties of kinship, I shall maintain ties with him, and whoever severs ties of kinship, I shall sever ties with him."

So 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Awf' said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah saying : "Allah, Most Blessed and Most High, said: 'I am Allah, and I am Ar-Rahman. I created the Rahim(womb), and named it after My Name. So whoever keeps good relations with it, I keep good relation with him, and whoever severs it, I am finished with him.'"

[Machine] Abu al-Raddad complained, then Abdullah bin Rahman came to him and said, "May the best of them and the closest to them be with you. I don't know Abu Muhammad." Abdullah bin Rahman then said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saying that Allah the Exalted said, 'I am Allah and I am the Most Merciful. I created the womb and I derived its name from My own name. So whoever maintains ties with it, I will maintain ties with him, and whoever severs it, I will sever ties with him." (Sahih)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَنَا الرَّحْمَنُ خَلَقْتُ الرَّحِمَ وَشَقَقْتُ لَهَا شُعْبَةً مِنِ اسْمِي فَمَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلْتُهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا قَطَعْتُهُ «رَجَعْتُ إِلَى ذِكْرِ الصَّحَابَةِ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ» صحيح

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ ﷺ «الرَّحِمُ شِجْنَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ» أَرَادَ أَنَّهَا مُشْتَقَّةٌ مِنِ اسْمِ الرَّحْمَنِ

[Machine] He (saw) heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: Allah (swt) said, "I am the Most Merciful. I have created the womb (i.e., the family bond) and I have named it after My Name. So whoever maintains it, I will maintain connection with him, and whoever cuts it off, I will cut him off."

البيهقي:١٣٢١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ أَنَّ أَبَا الرَّدَّادِ اللَّيْثِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ؓ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ أَنَا الرَّحْمَنُ خَلَقْتُ الرَّحِمَ وَشَقَقْتُ لَهَا اسْمًا مِنَ اسْمِي فَمَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلْتُهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا بَتَتُّهُ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Allah said, 'I am Allah, and I am the Most Merciful. I created the womb and derived its name from My name. So whoever maintains good ties with it, I will maintain good ties with him, and whoever severs it, I will sever ties with him."

البيهقي:١٣٢١٦ – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ ؓ عَادَ أَبَا الرَّدَّادِ فَقَالَ خَيْرُهُمْ وَأَوْصَلُهُمْ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ مَا عَلِمْتُ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ
