The Prophet [SAW] commanded him to call out on the days of At-Tashriq that no one would enter Paradise except a believer, and that these were the days of eating and drinking.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ أَنَّهُ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلاَّ مُؤْمِنٌ وَهِيَ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered me to announce on the days of Mina: "They are days of eating and drinking, so there is no fasting in them"—meaning the days of Tashriq.

أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُنَادِيَ أَيَّامَ مِنًى: «إِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ، فَلَا صَوْمَ فِيهَا»، يَعْنِي أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ.

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ sent me to announce to the people in Mina: "Indeed, the days of Tashreeq are days of eating and drinking."

بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أُنَادِي فِي النَّاسِ بِمِنًى «إِنَّ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «أَمْرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ إِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لَا يَدْخُلُهَا إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ»

"لَا تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الأَيَّامَ: أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ؛ فَإِنَّها أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وشُرْبٍ".

"أَيَّامُ التَشْرِيقِ أَيَّامُ أَكْل وَشُرْب وَبِعَال ".

"أيَّامُ التَّشْريقِ أيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ فَلَا يَصُومَنَّهَا أحَدٌ ".

"إِنَّها أَيامُ أكْلٍ وشُربٍ ولا صوْمَ فيها يَعْنِى: أَيَّامَ التشريقِ".

" (عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: أَمَرَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ ) مُنادِيًا فِى أيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ أنَّها أَيامُ أَكلٍ وَشُربٍ، وَالمُنَادِى يومئذٍ بلال".

"عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بنِ حُذَافَةَ أنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ أمَرَهُ أَنَّ يُنَادىَ في أَيَّامِ التَّشْريقِ أَنَّهَا أَيامُ أكْلٍ وَشُرب".
