The Prophet ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for the dead body of a woman who died during delivery (i.e. childbirth) and he stood by the middle of her body.

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مَاتَتْ فِي بَطْنٍ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا

I offered the funeral prayer behind the Prophet ﷺ for a woman who had died during childbirth and he stood up by the middle of the coffin.

صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ عَلَيْهَا وَسَطَهَا

I offered the funeral prayer behind the Prophet ﷺ for a woman who had died during childbirth and he stood up by the middle of the coffin.

صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ عَلَيْهَا وَسَطَهَا

Anas reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observed prayer on the grave.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرٍ

I prayed behing the Prophet ﷺ over a woman who died in childbirth, and he stood opposite her waist.

صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ عَلَيْهَا لِلصَّلاَةِ وَسَطَهَا

"The Prophet prayed over a woman, so he stood at her middle."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا

"I offered the funeral prayer with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for Umm Ka'b who had died during childbirth, and during the prayer, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood at her middle."

صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى أُمِّ كَعْبٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فِي وَسَطِهَا

"I offered the funeral prayer with the Messenger of Allah for Umm kab who had died in childbirth, and the Messenger of Allah stood in line at her mid-section to pray."

صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى أُمِّ كَعْبٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فِي وَسَطِهَا

That the Messenger of Allah offered the funeral prayer for a mother who had died in childbirth, and he stood in line with her middle.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى أُمِّ فُلاَنٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ فِي وَسَطِهَا

“When Ibn ‘Abbas was in Basrah, he performed prayer on his rug, then he told his companions that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform prayer on his rug.”

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى بِسَاطِهِ

It was narrated from Samurah bin Jundab Al-Fazari that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for a woman who had died in nifas* and he stood level with her middle (i.e. her waist).” *The postnatal bleeding period.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «صَلَّى عَلَى حَصِيرٍ»

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى زَانِيَةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا وَوَلَدُهَا»

[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "He offered the funeral prayer for a woman who died during childbirth, and stood in the middle of her." And Ali mentioned in his narration: "a woman".

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «صَلَّى عَلَى أُمِّ فُلَانٍ مَاتَتْ فِي نِفَاسِهَا فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا» وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ امْرَأَةُ

أَنْ يُصَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ

"أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى حَصيرٍ".
