[Machine] When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Medina, he said to his companions, "Come with us to the people of Quba' so that we may greet them." So they went to them and greeted them, and they welcomed him. Then he said, "O people of Quba', bring me some stones from this barren land." So many stones were gathered for him, and he had a camel with him. He marked their direction of prayer, then he took a stone and placed it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Abu Bakr, take a stone and place it next to my stone." Then he said, "O Umar, take a stone and place it next to the stone of Abu Bakr." Then he turned and said, "O Uthman, take a stone and place it next to the stone of Umar." Then he turned to the people, holding another stone, and said, "A man should place his stone wherever he desires."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever recites Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad when he enters his home, poverty is removed from the people of that home and their neighbors."

[Machine] Whenever delegations came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he would invite them and entertain them with hospitality.
[Machine] "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing that," Ibrahim said. "They used to see that wiping (after eating) was done after the tablecloth was brought down, because Ja'rir was one of the last of them to embrace Islam."
[Machine] And what would prevent me when I have witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing it.
[Machine] Jareer rushed to perform ablution and wiped over his socks. One of the people criticized him for doing so, to which Jareer replied, "If I do this, it is because I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do it."
[Machine] "I saw the Prophet ﷺ wiping over his socks," Ibrahim said. Our companions used to marvel at the narration of Jarir, saying, "His Islam occurred after the descent of the table."
[Machine] Jarir was present and he performed ablution and wiped over his socks. He was asked about it and he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing it."
[Machine] Jarir said, "He (the Prophet Muhammad) entered (the mosque), performed ablution, then wiped over his socks." And he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing it."
It was narrated from Ja'far bin 'Amr bin Umayyah Ad-Damri that his father saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing Wudu' and wiping over his Khuffs. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 119)
[Machine] Bala Jarir then performed ablution and wiped over his socks. I said to him, "Are you doing this even though you have already performed ablution?" He replied, "Indeed, I have seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform ablution and wipe over his socks."
[Machine] Baalah Jarirun fatawadda wa masaha 'ala khuffayh. Wa qala "Ra'aitu Rasulullahi sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam yaf'aluhu."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ performed ablution and wiped over his socks.
[Machine] About the Prophet ﷺ said, "For the traveler there are three days for wiping over the socks, and for the resident, one day for wiping over the socks."
[Machine] "Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that he performed ablution and wiped over his socks."
I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wiping over his leather slippers (when doing wudoo’). (Using translation from Aḥmad 216)
[Machine] "He performed ablution and wiped over his socks." So, it was said to him, and he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wiping, so I also wiped."
[Machine] Bala Jarirun tawaḍḍa'a wa masaha 'ala khuffayhi wa qala "Ra'aytu Rasul Allahi salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam fa'ala mithla dhalika."

[Machine] Jareer said, "I entered and then performed ablution and wiped over my socks." Then he said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do the same."

[Machine] "On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "The free men are from the Quraish, the emancipated slaves are from Thaqeef, and the Emigrants and the Helpers are allies to one another."
[Machine] I heard Jarir ibn Abdullah, who was our commander, saying, "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ . Then, I returned and he called me and said, "I will not accept anything from you until you pledge allegiance and give good advice to every Muslim." So, I pledged allegiance to him."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever establishes a good practice in Islam will receive the same reward as those who act upon it, without their rewards being diminished in any way. And whoever establishes an evil practice in Islam will bear the same burden as those who act upon it, without their burdens being lessened in any way."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "The emigrants and the Ansar are allies unto each other in this world and the Hereafter, and the free people of Quraysh and the emancipated slaves of Thaqif are allies unto each other in this world and the Hereafter."
[Machine] A man from the Ansar came to the Prophet ﷺ with a purse made of gold that was filled between his fingers. He said, "This is for the sake of Allah." Then Abu Bakr got up and gave to him, then Umar got up and gave to him. Then the Mujahideen and the Ansar got up and gave to him until the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ shone, and we saw the radiance on his cheek. Then the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever starts a good Sunnah in Islam and it is followed after him, he will have the reward of those who follow it, without their rewards being diminished in any way. And whoever starts an evil Sunnah in Islam and it is followed after him, he will bear the burden of it and the burden of those who follow it, without their burdens being diminished in any way."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "It is not recommended for a servant to perform a righteous deed after it is completed except that he will have a reward similar to that of the one who performs it, while their reward will not be decreased in any way. And a servant should not acquire an evil habit after it is done except that he will be burdened with a similar sin to that of the one who carries it out, without their own burdens being lessened."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A servant does not perform a righteous deed that he continues to do after his death, except that he will have the same reward as the one who performs it, without any decrease in their rewards. And a servant does not perform an evil deed that he continues to do after his death, except that he will bear the same burden as the one who performs it, without any decrease in their burdens."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Whoever establishes a good Sunnah (practice) in Islam, and it is acted upon after him, he will be rewarded and those who act upon it after him will not have their reward reduced in any way. And whoever establishes a bad Sunnah (practice) in Islam, and it is acted upon after him, he will bear the burden of sin for it and those who act upon it after him will not have their burden reduced in any way."
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever introduces a good practice that is followed, he will receive its reward and a reward equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their reward in their slightest. And whoever introduces a bad practice that is followed, he will receive its sin and a burden of sin equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their burden in the slightest.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 203)
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ once came across a group of Bedouins and noticed their poverty and hardship. He addressed the people, praised and glorified Allah, and then commanded them to give charity. He urged them and encouraged them to do so. They hesitated until the happiness could be seen in the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . Then, a man came forward with a handful of leaves and gave it to him as charity. Another man followed and the people started giving charity one after another, until the happiness could be seen in the face of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He then said, "Whoever establishes a good practice in Islam, and it is acted upon after him, will receive its reward and the reward of those who act upon it without it detracting from their rewards. And whoever establishes an evil practice in Islam, and it is acted upon after him, will bear its burden and the burden of those who act upon it without it detracting from their burdens."
[Machine] Read to him, and say to him, how did you hear the Prophet ﷺ say, "Whoever starts a good practice in Islam, will have the reward for it, and the reward of all who practice it, without anything being reduced from their rewards. And whoever starts an evil practice in Islam, will have the sin of it, and the sin of all who practice it, without anything being reduced from their sins."

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Kindness brings increase and blessings, and one who is deprived of kindness is deprived of goodness."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a group of his companions, "Verily, I am going to recite verses from the end of Surah Az-Zumar upon you. Whoever among you sheds tears, Paradise will be mandatory for him." So, he recited it from the verse "And they did not appraise Allah with true appraisal" until the end of the Surah. Some of us wept, and some of us did not. Those who did not weep said, "O Messenger of Allah, we exerted effort to weep but we could not." He replied, "I will recite it to you again; then, whoever does not weep, let him force himself to weep."
