"أيّمَا رَجُل ظَلَمَ شِبْرًا منَ الأرْضِ كلَّفَهُ اللهُ تَعَالى أنْ يَحْفُرَهُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ آخِرَ سَبْع أرَضِين، ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقَهُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَينَ النَّاسِ".

ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ عَالِمًا مِنَ النَّاسِ أَنَّ خَبَرَ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ الَّذِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ مُنْقَطِعٌ غَيْرَ مُتَّصِلٍ

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الظَّالِمَ الشِّبْرَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ فَمَا فَوْقَهُ يُكَلَّفُ حَفْرَهَا إِلَى أَسْفَلَ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ بِنَفْسِهِ، ثُمَّ يُطَوَّقُ إِيَّاهَا ذَلِكَ
