[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to send out meat and would say, "If there is anything wrong with it, then fear for it, so sacrifice it and dip its sandal in its blood and strike its surface, and do not eat from it, neither you nor anyone from your companions."
[Machine] On the authority of his father Salamah, who had accompanied the Prophet ﷺ , it is narrated that the Prophet ﷺ sent two bodies with a man and instructed him, "If they are exposed to danger, sacrifice them and immerse the sandals in their blood. Then strike their faces with it so that it becomes known that they were two bodies." The man asked, "Should I strike the face of each one?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes. And do not eat from them, neither you nor anyone from your companions. Leave them for those who come after you."
“If any of them becomes unfit and you are afraid that it will die, then slaughter it, dip the sandal (tied around its neck) in its blood and place it on its side, but neither you nor any of your companions should eat anything from it.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3105)
[Machine] He informed him that the Prophet ﷺ sent him with two sacrificial animals and ordered him that if any defect appeared in them, to sacrifice them and then dip their sandals in their blood, and then strike each of them on its surface, then he should dismiss them and the people and not give any instructions or eat from them, neither he nor any of his companions.
