Collected by al-Adab al-Mufrad, Tirmidhī, Dārimī, Aḥmad, Ḥākim, Ibn Ḥibbān, Ṭabarānī'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of companions in the sight of Allah Almighty is the best of them towards his companion, and the best of neighbours in the sight of Allah is the best of them towards his neighbour."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَيْرُ الأَصْحَابِ عِنْدَ اللهِ تَعَالَى خَيْرُهُمْ لِصَاحِبِهِ وَخَيْرُ الْجِيرَانِ عِنْدَ اللهِ تَعَالَى خَيْرُهُمْ لِجَارِهِ
"The companion who is the best to Allah is the one who is best to his companion. And the neighbor that is the best to Allah is the one that is best to his neighbor."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَيْرُ الأَصْحَابِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرُهُمْ لِصَاحِبِهِ وَخَيْرُ الْجِيرَانِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرُهُمْ لِجَارِهِ
