Abu Rafiʿ sold a house to Saʿd bin Malik for four-hundred Mithqal of gold, and said, "If I had not heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, 'The neighbor has more right to be taken care of by his neighbor (than anyone else),' then I would not have sold it to you."

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِصَقَبِهِ مَا أَعْطَيْتُكَ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: A neighbor has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbor.

سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ

"The Messenger of Allah said" "The neighbor has more right to property that is near."'

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ

“The neighbor has more right to property that is near.”

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ

“The partner has more right to what is near him, so long as he is still a partner.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الشَّرِيكُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who fasts."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ السَّائِمَةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to be treated kindly." Abu Amer said in his narration, "A person has more right."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ قَالَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ الْمَرْءُ أَحَقُّ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to his dwelling than others."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The neighbor has more right to his neighbor's dwelling."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to their home."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِالْجِوَارِ أَوْ بِالدَّارِ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "The neighbor has more right to their neighbor's house than anyone else."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ

The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has the most right to be treated well."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِالْجِوَارِ

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah, may ﷺ , said: The neighbor has more right to his stone or trough."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِصَقَبِهِ أَوْ سَقَبِهِ

«رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ

The bell is the musical instrument of the Satan. (Using translation from Muslim 2114)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْجَرَسُ مِزْمَارُ الشَّيْطَانِ»

“The neighbor has more right to property that is near.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2495)

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor of the house is more deserving of its intercession."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِشُفْعَةِ الدَّارِ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to the house."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to their neighbor's house."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'The neighbor of a house has more right to intercede.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالشُّفْعَةِ»

"The Messenger of Allah said" "The neighbor has more right to property that is near."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4702)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The neighbor has the right to be treated kindly." I asked Umar, "What is 'satisfying' the neighbor?" He replied, "Being a good neighbor."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ» قُلْتُ لِعُمَرَ مَا السَّقَبُ؟ قَالَ الْجِوَارُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ أَحْوَجَ إِلَيْهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not catch the plague."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَلَقَّوُا الْجَلَبَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, "The neighbor has more right to be given a drink from the home or land."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِ دَارِهِ أَوْ أَرْضِهِ » الْحَدِيثَ

"الجَارُ أحق بِصَقبِه مَا كانَ".

"الجَارُ أحَقُّ بِسَقَبه مَا كانَ أَحْوَجُ إِلَيه".

"الشَّريكُ أحَقُّ بِصَقَبِة ما كَانَ".
