سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِصَقَبِهِ مَا أَعْطَيْتُكَ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: A neighbor has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbor.
سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ
"The Messenger of Allah said" "The neighbor has more right to property that is near."'
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ
“The neighbor has more right to property that is near.”
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ
“The partner has more right to what is near him, so long as he is still a partner.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الشَّرِيكُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ
