quran:6:11 –

Say, "Travel through the land; then observe how was the end of the deniers."

Say, to them: ‘Travel in the land, and see the nature of the consequence for the deniers’, of the messengers, how they were destroyed through chastisement; perhaps they will take heed.

القرآن:٦:١١ –

قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ انْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

{قل} لهم {سيروا في الأرض ثم انظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين} الرسل من هلاكهم بالعذاب ليعتبروا.

quran:3:137 –

Similar situations ˹as yours˺ have passed on before you, so proceed throughout the earth and observe how was the end of those who denied.

The following was revealed regarding the defeat at Uhud: Ways of life have passed away before you, all manner of unbelief has preceded, where they have been given respite but are then seized ˹with punishment˺; so travel in the land, O believers, and behold how was the end of those who denied, the messengers, that is, how their affair ended in destruction. So do not grieve on account of their victory, I am only giving them respite until their appointed time.

القرآن:٣:١٣٧ –

قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

ونزل في هزيمة أحد {قد خلَت} مضت {من قبلكم سُنَن} طرائق في الكفار بإمهالهم ثم أخذهم {فسيروا} أيها المؤمنون {في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين} الرسل أي آخر أمرهم من الهلاك فلا تحزنوا لغلبتهم فإنا أمهلناهم لوقتهم.

quran:27:69 –

Say, ˹O Muhammad˺, "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals."

Say: ‘Travel in the land and see how was the sequel for the criminals’, because of their denials — and this ˹sequel˺ is that they were destroyed with punishment.

القرآن:٢٧:٦٩ –

قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

{قل سيروا في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المجرمين} بإنكارهم، وهي هلاكهم بالعذاب.

quran:37:73 –

Then look how was the end of those who were warned -

So behold how was the consequence for them who were warned, namely, the disbelievers: in other words the sequel for them was ˹that they ended up in˺ the chastisement;

القرآن:٣٧:٧٣ –

فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ

{فانظر كيف كان عاقبة المنذَرين} الكافرين: أي عاقبتهم العذاب.

quran:43:25 –

So we took retribution from them; then see how was the end of the deniers.

So We took vengeance on them, that is to say, on those who denied the messengers before you; behold then how was the sequel for the deniers.

القرآن:٤٣:٢٥ –

فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

{فانتقمنا منهم} أي من المكذبين للرسل قبلك {فانظر كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين}.
