"A man has more right to his own wealth when he finds it, and the buyer should pursue the one who sold it to him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ وَيَتْبَعُ الْبَائِعُ مَنْ بَاعَهُ
"A man has more right to his own wealth when he finds it, and the buyer should pursue the one who sold it to him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ وَيَتْبَعُ الْبَائِعُ مَنْ بَاعَهُ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone finds his very property with a man, he is more entitled to it (than anyone else), and the buyer should pursue the one who sold it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيِّعُ مَنْ بَاعَهُ
“Whoever finds his exact property with a man who has become bankrupt, and then he has more right to it than anyone else.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
“Whoever finds his exact property with a man who has become bankrupt, and then he has more right to it than anyone else.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2358)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ سِوَاهُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ مُفْلِسٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : Whoever finds his property with a bankrupt person, he has more right to it.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ مُفْلِسٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever finds his wealth in the possession of a person who has become bankrupt, then he is more entitled to it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "A person has the right to his property wherever he recognizes it, and the sale is followed by his sale."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمَرْءُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ حَيْثُ عَرَفَهُ وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيْعُ بَيْعَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a man is executed and his merchandise is found in his possession, then the one who bought it rightfully owns it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أُعْدِمَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الْبَائِعُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ

"مَنْ وَجَدَ عَينَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقّ بِهِ مِنَ الغُرَمَاءِ".
