A woman asked the Messenger of Allah (way peace be upon him) about a woman who sees in her dream what a man sees in his dream (sexual dream). He (the Holy Prophet) said: If she experiences what a man experiences, she should take a bath.
سَأَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ فِي مَنَامِهِ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ مِنْهَا مَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ
that Umm Sulaym asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a woman if she had a wet dream like that of a man. He said, "If water is released then let her perform Ghusl."
أَنَّ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَنْزَلَتِ الْمَاءَ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ۔»
"I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a woman who has a wet dream and he said: 'If she sees water, let her perform Ghusl.'"
سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَحْتَلِمُ فِي مَنَامِهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا رَأَتِ الْمَاءَ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ
"If water is released then let her perform Ghusl." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 195)
أَنَّ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ؟ قَالَ «إِذَا أَنْزَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ»
[Machine] Khawlah bint Hakim asked the Prophet ﷺ , "O Messenger of Allah, can a woman see in her dream what a man sees?" He replied, "If she sees such a thing, she should perform ablution."
أَنَّ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ حَكِيمٍ سَأَلْتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ الْمَرْأَةُ تَرَى فِي الْمَنَامِ مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ قَالَ «إِذَا رَأَتْ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ»
[Machine] She asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a woman who sees in her dream what a man sees. He said, "There is nothing on her as there is nothing on a man if he does not ejaculate."
أَنَّهَا سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ «لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ كَمَا أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا لَمْ يُنْزِلْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ»
"If water is released then let her perform Ghusl." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 195)

صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرجل فقال إذا كان منها ما يكون من الرجل فلتغتسلولا نعلم روى أَبُو مالك عَن أَنَس إلاَّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ولاَ رَواه عنه إلاَّ صالح بن عُمَر وهُو واسطي
