"خيَارُكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً".  

متفق عليه عن أَبى هريرة في حديث، فلفظ البخارى "إن خيارَكُمْ" أَو "فإِنَّ خَيْرَكُم" أو "إِنَّ من خيَارِ الناس" ولفظ مسلم "خياركم محاسِنُكم" أو "خيرُكُم أَحْسنُكم" أو"فإِنَّ مِن خيرِكُم" أَو "خيركم" وهو عند مسلم بلفظ "إِنَّ خيارَ النَّاسِ أحسنُهم قضاءً" أَو "فإِن خير عباد اللَّه أَحسنهم قضاءً" وورد من حديث جابر بلفظ: "خياركم أَحسنكم قضاءً" رواه الطبرانى في الأوسط بسند ضعيف)
