ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْمَرْءِ مِنْ إِزَالَةِ الْغَمَرِ مِنْ يَدِهِ عِنْدَ إِرَادَتِهِ النَّوْمَ بِاللَّيْلِ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever spends the night with [a smell] on his hand and something happens to him, then let him not blame anyone but himself." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1860)

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib, we do not know of it as a narration of Al-'Amash except through this route.

The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone spends the night with grease on his hand which he has not washed away, he can blame only himself if some trouble comes to him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3852)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever goes to sleep with the smell of garlic on his hand and then experiences a bad odor, he has no one to blame but himself."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, "Whoever goes to sleep with goods under his possession and someone steals from him, he should only blame himself." All of these narrations are authentic and have not been disputed.
