ذِكْرُ الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي بَنَى بِهَا ﷺ حَيْثُ تَزَوَّجَهَا

[Machine] The Prophet SAW married her secretly while they were both permissible.

That the Messenger of Allah married Maimunah when they were both in Ihram. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2839)   

أحمد:٢٥٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

[Machine] She said that the Prophet ﷺ married her, and they consummated the marriage in secrecy after he returned.

«تَزَوَّجَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِسَرِفٍ وَنَحْنُ حَلَالَانِ»

الطبراني:١٢٣٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ الْقَنَّادُ ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»  

tabarani:11863 – Yūsuf al-Qāḍī > Sulaymān b. Ḥarb > Ḥammād b. Zayd > Ayyūb > ʿIkrimah > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ married Maymuna while he was in ihram, and consummated the marriage with her outside of ihram, and that is permissible.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ وَبَنَى بِهَا بِسَرِفٍ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ»
