Umm Sulaym came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, teach me some words that I can use in my dua." He said, "˹Say˺ subḥān Allāh (Exultation be to Allah) ten times, and ˹say˺ al-ḥamdu lillāh (Praise be to Allah) ten times, and ˹say˺ Allāhu Akbar (Allah is Greater) ten times, then ask for your need.
