We used to practice coitus interrupt us during the lifetime of Messenger of Allah ﷺ .

كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

I offered the Friday prayer along with Anas ibn Malik. We were pushed to the pillars (due to the crowd of people). We, therefore, stopped forward and backward. Anas then said: We used to avoid it (setting a row between the pillars) during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

أَنَسٌ كُنَّا نَتَّقِي هَذَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

We sold slave-mothers during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and of AbuBakr. When Umar was in power, he forbade us and we stopped.

بِعْنَا أُمَّهَاتِ الأَوْلاَدِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ نَهَانَا فَانْتَهَيْنَا

"Abu Tamim Al-Jaishani stood up to pray two Rak'ahs before Maghrib, and I said to 'Uqbah bin 'Amir: 'Look at this man, what prayer is he praying?' He turned and looked at him, and said: 'This is a prayer that we used to pray at the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.'"

هَذِهِ صَلاَةٌ كُنَّا نُصَلِّيهَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

[AI] "We used to sell slave women and mothers of children during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."

كُنَّا نَبِيعُ أُمَّهَاتِ الْأَوْلَادِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] We used to make it during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

قَدْ كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] “We used to make it during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.”

كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

«كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا عَنْهُ»

[AI] "The hands used to be cut off during the time of the Prophet ﷺ for the crime of theft."

«كَانَتِ الْأَيْدِي تُقْطَعُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ»

[AI] Sa'd ibn 'Ubaid was called upon during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as a reciter.

كَانَ سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ يُسَمَّى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْقَارِئَ

[AI] "The nap was a tradition during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ after Friday prayer."

«كَانَتِ الْقَيْلُولَةُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ»

[AI] "We used to consider showing off as minor form of associating partners with Allah during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."

«كُنَّا نَعُدُّ الرِّيَاءَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بِالشِّرْكِ الْأَصْغَرِ»

[AI] "Our dye during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the wers and saffron."

«كَانَ خِضَابُنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْوَرْسُ وَالزَّعْفَرَانُ»

[AI] "This is something we did not see during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and he refused to eat it."

«هَذَا شَيْءٌ مَا كُنَّا نَرَاهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ» فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْكُلَ

[AI] "The three became one during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

«كَانَتِ الثَّلَاثُ تُجْعَلُ وَاحِدَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»

"Abu Tamim Al-Jaishani stood up to pray two Rak'ahs before Maghrib, and I said to 'Uqbah bin 'Amir: 'Look at this man, what prayer is he praying?' "عَنْ أَبِى سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا نَبِيعُ أُمَّهاتِ الأَوْلَادِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ ".
