قال سمعت خليلي أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لا يسرق السارق وهو مؤمن ولا يزني الزاني وهو مؤمن الإيمان أكرم على الله من ذَلِكَ وَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ السدي عن أبيه عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ إلا أبو إسرائيل
The Prophet ﷺ said, "When (a person) an adulterer commits illegal sexual intercourse then he is not a believer at the time he is doing it; and when somebody steals, then he is not a believer at the time he is stealing."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهْوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
When one commits fornication, one is not a believer ; when one steals, one is not a believer ; when one drinks, one is not a believer ; and repentance is placed before him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4689)
النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ»
قالت قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لا يزني الزاني حين يزني وهو مؤمن ولا يسرق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A believer does not commit adultery while he is a believer, nor does he steal while he is a believer, nor does he embezzle while he is a believer."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ النُّهْبَةَ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ»

"لا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، الإِيمَانُ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ".
