the Prophet ﷺ, as ˹the month of˺ Rajab entered, used to say, "O Allah, bless us in ˹the months of˺ Rajab and Shaʿbān, and bless us in ˹the month of˺ Ramaḍān." He also used to say, "The night of Friday (Thursday evening) is honorable and its day is ˹a day of˺ happiness/radiance."

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ رَجَبٌ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي رَمَضَانَ۔» وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَيْلَةُ الْجُمُعَةِ غَرَّاءُ وَيَوْمُهَا أَزْهَرُ۔»

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, as ˹the month of˺ Rajab entered, used to say, "O Allah, bless us in ˹the months of˺ Rajab and Shaʿbān, and let us reach ˹the month of˺ Ramaḍān."

كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ رَجَب قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا في رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ وَبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ۔»

the Prophet ﷺ, as ˹the month of˺ Rajab entered, used to say, "O Allah, bless us in ˹the months of˺ Rajab and Shaʿbān, and let us reach ˹the month of˺ Ramaḍān." And whenever it was the night of Friday (Thursday evening), he said: "This night is honorable and the day of Friday is a day of happiness/radiance."

أن النبي ﷺ كانَ إِذَا دخلَ رجب قالَ: «اللهمَّ بارِكْ لَنا في رجب وشعبان، وبَلِّغنَا رمضانَ۔» وكان إِذا كانت ليلةُ الجمعة قالَ: «هذه ليلة غَرَّاءُ، ويومُ الجمعة يومٌ أزهرُ۔»
