البزّار:٣٧٤٩ – حَدَّثنا سلمة بن شَبِيب قَال حَدَّثنا عَمْرو بن عُثمَان قَال حَدَّثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَن عَلْقَمَةَ عن مَرْثَدٍ عَن سُلَيمان بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ

لأَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَرَضِيهِمْ وَذَرَارِيِّهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا إلاَّ الصَّدَقَةُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نعلَمُ أحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إلاَّ بُرَيدة ولاَ نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَريِقًا إلاَّ هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ
