[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he used to say regarding the people of the treaty, "Whatever they give from their wealth, slaves, houses, lands, and livestock as a result of their acceptance of Islam, there is nothing binding upon them except for charity."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَدِيَارِهِمْ وَأَرْضِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهِ إِلَّا الصَّدَقَةُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to them, "They shall only be accountable for the charity given from their land, livestock, and their own walking, and nothing else is required of them in this matter."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَرَضِيهِمْ وَرَقِيقِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهِ إِلَّا الصَّدَقَةُ
[Machine] "Some passages from the traditions of our Prophet ﷺ regarding the rights of non-Muslim citizens: They are not required to pay any tax on the money they possess, their servants, their homes, their lands, or their livestock, except for a charitable contribution."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أنَّهُ قَالَ فِي أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَهُمْ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَدِيَارِهِمْ وَأَرْضِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهِ إِلَّا صَدَقَةٌ
لأَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَرَضِيهِمْ وَذَرَارِيِّهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَمَاشِيَتِهِمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا إلاَّ الصَّدَقَةُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نعلَمُ أحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إلاَّ بُرَيدة ولاَ نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَريِقًا إلاَّ هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ
"أَهْلُ الذَّمَّةِ لَهُمْ (ما) أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيْه مِنْ أَمْوَالِهم وَعَبيدِهم ودَيَارهِم وَأَرْضِهم وَمَواشيهم، ليس عَلَيْهم فيه إِلا صَدَقَةٌ.
"لأَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَيهِ مِنْ ذَرَارِيهِمْ وأمْوَالِهِمْ وأرَاضِيهِمْ وَعَبِيدِهِمْ وَمَوَاشِيهِمْ، وَلَيسَ عَلَيهِمْ فِيهَا إلا الصَّدَقَةُ".
