But if he has received anything from its price, then whatever remains is an example of ill-gotten gains." Al-Ruadhbari added in his narration: "And whoever dies while having someone else's property in his possession, and he takes something from it or does not take anything, then he is an example of ill-gotten gains." Abu Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, who told us about Abu Ishaq, who narrated from Ja'far ibn Muhammad, who narrated from Abdullah ibn Abdul Jabbar al-Khatabari, who narrated from Ismail ibn Ayyash, who narrated from Musa ibn Uqbah, who narrated from al-Zuhri, who mentioned it in a similar way without the story of destruction. And it was narrated by al-Yaman ibn Adi from al-Zubaidi from al-Zuhri from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah from the Prophet ﷺ , and he is weak. Abu al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Ma'ruf al-Isfira'iini informed us, who told us about Bashir ibn Ahmad, who told us about Abu al-Husayn Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Simnani, who told us about Amr ibn Uthman, who told us about al-Yaman ibn Adi, who narrated from al-Zubaidi, who mentioned it in the meaning of the hadith of Ismail in the text and its difference in the chain. Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami informed us, who told us about Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Umar al-Hafith, who said: Ismail ibn Ayyash is a doubtful narrator and this narration cannot be attributed to al-Zuhri. It is only a forged one, and al-Yaman ibn Adi contradicted him in his chain, and al-Yaman bn Adi is weak.

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , sent Umar ibn Al-Khattab to collect charity. Ibn Jameel, Khalid ibn Al-Walid, and Al-Abbas refused to give charity. The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Ibn Jameel will not face any consequences unless he is in need, and Allah will enrich him. As for Khalid, you have wronged him. He has dedicated his arms and effort in the path of Allah. As for Al-Abbas, he is my uncle, and the same applies to him." Then he asked, "Have you not heard that a man resembles his father or his paternal uncle?"

[AI] Abdullah came across a woman whose husband had died and had not paid her dowry or consummated the marriage. They went to him and continued to insist until he finally said, "In my opinion, her dowry is to be paid to her, without decrease or increase, and she is to observe the waiting period, and she is entitled to inheritance." Maqil ibn Sinan stood up and bore witness that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had judged in the case of Buroa bint Washiq al-Ashja'iyya in the same way as you have judged." Abdullah was delighted. 14413 Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us, Abu Bakr ibn Dasa narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, Uthman ibn Abi Shayba narrated to us, Yazid ibn Haroun and Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, from Abdullah, who mentioned it in this way.

[AI] He was asked while on the pulpit about a man who divorced his wife three times, then someone else married her, closed the door, removed the veil, and revealed her face, then divorced her. He said, "She is not permissible for the first man until the other man tastes her honey." This is the wording of the Hadith of Al-'Abdiyy. Al-'Abdiyy also said it in his narration, as did Abu Ahmad Al-Zubayri. The authentic narration is from 'Abd Al-Rahman bin Mahdi, and it was narrated by Waki' once from Sufyan, who narrated from 'Alqamah, from Razeen bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmarri. He was contradicted by Shu'bah in his chain of narrators, so he narrated it from 'Alqamah bin Marthad, from Salim bin Razeen, from Salim bin 'Abdullah, from Sa'id bin Al-Musayyib, from Ibn 'Umar. The Prophet informed us of this and it was narrated by Abu 'Abdullah Al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr Ahmad bin Al-Hasan. They said, "Abu Al-Abbas Muhammad bin Ya'qub informed us, Muhammad bin Ishaq informed me, and I am the successor of Yahya bin Ma'in." They said, "Ghandar informed us, Shu'bah mentioned it to us, and I received it from Muhammad bin Isma'il Al-Bukhari that he weakened the Hadith of Shu'bah and Sufyan together. And Abi Zar'ah said that the Hadith of Sufyan is the most authentic."

[AI] Abu Huraira and Zaid ibn Khalid narrated that a man from the Bedouins came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I swear by Allah, except if Allah decides otherwise, then I will definitely be judged according to the Book of Allah." Another man, who was more knowledgeable than him, said, "Yes, judge between us according to the Book of Allah and give me permission." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Say what you have to say." He said, "My son was a shepherd and he committed adultery with his wife. I was informed that stoning was required for my son, so I ransomed him with one hundred sheep and a slave-girl. I asked the people of knowledge and they informed me that my son should be lashed one hundred times and exiled for one year, and that his wife should be stoned." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, I will judge between you according to the Book of Allah. The slave-girl and the sheep shall be returned to you, and your son shall be lashed one hundred times and exiled for one year. Go, O Unais, and deal with the matter of this woman, and if she confesses, then stone her." So, the next day she confessed and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that she be stoned.

[AI] "I came to the messenger of Allah ﷺ in a group of Ash'ariyyin, requesting to carry him. He said, 'By Allah, I will not have you carry me, and I have nothing that I can rely on to make you carry me.' We waited as Allah willed, and then he was brought three young she-camels. He ordered us to ride on them. When we started, we said to each other, 'May Allah not bless us. We came to the messenger of Allah ﷺ requesting to carry him, and he swore not to have us carry him, but he did.' So we informed him, and he said, 'I did not carry you. Rather, Allah carried you. By Allah, if Allah wills, I will not swear an oath on something and then see something else better than it except that I will make atonement for my oath and come to what is better.'" This is the hadith of Khalaf.

Abu Dawood said, "Muhammad ibn Yahya said, 'This is attributed to Abdul Kareem ibn Abdullah ibn Shaaqiq.' Sheikh Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, narrated it. And Ibrahim ibn Hane' narrated it from Muhammad ibn Sinaan, and he said it was narrated by Mu'adh ibn Hane' from Ibrahim ibn Tahman, and there was no doubt about Abdullah ibn Abi al-Hamsa."

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The compensatory gift should be paid according to the value of the slave being freed, and also according to the value of the slave who has been killed unjustly." Abu Dawud added in his narration, "Ali and Marwan both said the same thing." Abu Ali At-Tughlabi said, "So I asked Ahmad Ibn Hanbal about this hadith, and he said, 'I refer to the hadith of Barirah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered her to remain under the ruling of slavery until he ordered her freedom. And likewise..."
