That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever kills someone in battle, having a proof for that, then his goods are his."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلاً لَهُ عَلَيْهِ بَيِّنَةٌ فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ

"If a person's relative is killed." In Mursal form. (Shah)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ مُرْسَلٌ

“Whoever has intercourse with a Mahram relative, kill him; and whoever has intercourse with an animal, kill him, and kill the animal.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ

It was narrated from Abu Muhammad, the freed slave of Abu Qatadah (from Abu Qatadah) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ awarded him the spoils of a man whom he killed on the Day of Hunain.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَفَّلَهُ سَلَبَ قَتِيلٍ قَتَلَهُ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Kill the one who performs the action and the one upon whom the action is performed in the manner of the people of Lot, and kill the animal and the one who engages in bestiality, and kill whoever engages in illicit sexual intercourse with a forbidden entity."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ فِي عَمَلِ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ وَالْبَهِيمَةَ وَالْوَاقِعَ عَلَى الْبَهِيمَةِ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ

[AI] The messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day of Hunayn, "Whoever kills a disbeliever, his belongings are his booty." Then Abu Talhah killed twenty (disbelievers).

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ مَنْ قَتَلَ كَافِرًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ قَالَ فَقَتَلَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ عِشْرِينَ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2838)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ

Malik related to me from Abu'r-Rijal Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman from his mother Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman that she informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not withhold the surplus water of a well from people."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ بِئْرٍ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever among you finds someone engaging in the same action as the people of Lot, kill both the doer and the one it is done to. And whoever finds someone engaging in bestiality, kill him and kill the animal along with him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ وَمَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَأْتِي بَهِيمَةً فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ مَعَهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever violates the sanctity of a forbidden entity, kill him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a person, then he must be deprived of his belongings."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2838)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, "Whoever kills a person, his belongings should be confiscated."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever kills a person shall have his belongings confiscated."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»

[AI] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever commits a sin in the sacred territory, kill him."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever commits a sexual act with an animal, kill him and kill it. And whoever commits a sexual act with a man, kill him.' He means the action of the people of Lot."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوهَا وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ» يَعْنِي عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "May Allah curse the one who has sexual intercourse with an animal."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ»

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2838)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2838)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ

[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever brings a slave, it shall belong to him."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَتَى بِمَوْلًى فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever commits the act of homosexuality, kill him; meaning the people of Lot."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ يَعْنِي قَوْمَ لُوطٍ

[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Cursed is the one who has sexual intercourse with an animal and says, "Kill it, kill it," and it is not to be said that this one should be done to it in such and such a way.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ وَقَالَ اقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوهَا لَا يُقَالُ هَذِهِ الَّتِي فُعِلَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah said, "If someone commits an offense against a sacred entity, kill them. And if someone commits an offense against an animal, kill them and kill the animal. We were informed of this in a previous narration from Ibrahim bin Abi Yahya, from Dawood bin Al-Husayn."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ وَرُوِّينَاهُ فِي الْبَابِ قَبْلَهُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ

"اقتلوا الفَاعِلَ والمَفْعُولَ به: في عملِ قومِ لوطٍ، والبهيمةَ، والواقعَ عَلَى البهيمةِ، ومن وقع عَلَى ذاتِ محرمٍ فاقْتلوُه ".

"مَنْ قَتَل كَافِرًا فَله سَلَبُه".

"مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا البَهِيمَةَ".

"مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ، وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ واقْتُلُوا البَهِيمَة".
