[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ delivered a sermon on the day of the Sacrifice and mentioned its significance.

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

اسْتَعَارَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ  

ahmad:15840 – Hārūn > Ibn Wahb > Ḥaywah > Yazīd b. al-Hād > Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm > Saʿīd b. al-Ṣalt > Suhayl Ibn al-Bayḍāʾ from Banī ʿAbd al-Dār

[Machine] While we were on a journey with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he mentioned with us.  

أحمد:١٥٨٤٠ – حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَيْوَةُ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ ابْنِ الْبَيْضَاءِ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ قَالَ

بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ فِي سَفَرٍ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say. . . He then mentioned the tradition to the same effect. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4492)   

أحمد:١٠١٧٦ – حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُوصَالِحٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ  

ahmad:21290 – Muʿāwiyah b. ʿAmr > Zāʾidah > al-Aʿmash > ʿAmr b. Murrah > ʿAbdullāh b. al-Ḥārith al-Bakrī > Ḥabīb b. Ḥammāz > Abū Dhar

أحمد:٢١٢٩٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْبَكْرِيِّ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ حَمَّازٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ  

ahmad:22349 – Abū Nuʿaym > Sufyān > Salamah > a man from his father > Sufyān Urāh ʿIyāḍ b. ʿIyāḍʿan Abū Masʿūd

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , delivered a speech and mentioned its meaning to us.  

أحمد:٢٢٣٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ أُرَاهُ عِيَاضَ بْنَ عِيَاضٍعَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ
