[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ received a letter from a man and said to Abdullah bin Al-Arqam, "Answer me." So he wrote his response and then read it to the Prophet. The Prophet said, "You have done well, may Allah grant you success." When Umar became the Caliph, he used to consult him.  

الطبراني:١٤١٠٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ قَالَ

أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كِتَابُ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَرْقَمِ «أَجِبْ عَنِّي» فَكَتَبَ جَوَابَهُ ثُمَّ قَرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ «أَصَبْتَ وَأَحْسَنْتَ اللهُمَّ وَفِقْهُ» فَلَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ كَانَ يُشَاوِرُهُ
