Ibn Umar reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ got his head shaved on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would recline on my lap when I was menstruating, then recite the Qur’an.

كَانَ رَأْسُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِ إِحْدَانَا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ يَتْلُو الْقُرْآنَ
"The Messenger of Allah used to put his head in my lap when I was menstruating and recite Qur'an."
لَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَضَعُ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ
