"عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: لَقَيْتُ خَالِي وَمَعهُ الرَّايَةُ، وَفِي لَفْظٍ: وَمَعَهُ رَايَةٌ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: أَيْنَ تَذْهَبُ؟ فَقَالَ: أَرْسَلَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ (إِلَى رَجُلٍ) تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ ابْنِهِ (أَبِيهِ) أَنْ أَقْتُلَهُ أَوْ أَضْرِبَ (عُنُقَهُ) (*) ".
"I met my maternal uncle who was carrying a flag (for an expedition) and I said: 'Where are you going?' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah is sending me to a man who has married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck or kill him.'"
لَقِيتُ خَالِي وَمَعَهُ الرَّايَةُ فَقُلْتُ أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ قَالَ أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ أَوْ أَقْتُلَهُ
I met my uncle who was carrying a standard. I asked him: Where are you going? He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has sent me to a man who has married his father's wife. He has ordered me to cut off his head and take his property. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4457)

[Machine] I met my uncle Abu Burdah and he had a flag with him, so I asked him where he was going. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me to a man who married his father's wife after him, to strike his neck and take his wealth." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the summary.
