from the Prophet ﷺ [who] said, "Verily, the most beloved of you and closest to me in the Hereafter are those with the best character. The most hateful of you to me and furthest from me in the Hereafter are those with the worst character: the braggarts, the verbose, the loquacious." (Using translation from Ibn Ḥibbān 5557)   

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ أَحَبُّكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَقْرَبُكُمْ مِنِّي مَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَبْعَدَكُمْ مِنِّي مَسَاوِئُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا الثَّرْثَارُونَ الْمُتَشَدِّقُونَ الْمُتَفَيْهِقُونَ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most beloved of you to Allah and the closest to me in companionship are those who have the best manners. And the most hateful of you to Allah and the farthest from me are the talkative, boastful people."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ أَحَبَّكُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَقْرَبَكُمْ مِنِّي أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَبْعَدَكُمْ مِنِّي الثَّرْثَارُونَ الْمُتَفَيْهِقُونَ الْمُتَشَدِّقُونَ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ أَحَبَّكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَقْرَبَكُمْ مِنِّي فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَيَّ وَأَبْعَدَكُمْ مِنِّي فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَسْوَؤُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا الْمُتَشَدِّقُونَ الْمُتَفَيْهِقُونَ الثَّرْثَارُونَ»  

[Machine] "Indeed, the most beloved amongst you to me on the Day of Resurrection are those with the best character, and indeed the most disliked amongst you to me on the Day of Resurrection are the arrogant." I said to Ibn Buhdalah, "Who are the arrogant?" He said, "Those who are haughty and boastful."  

«إِنَّ أَحَبَّكُمْ إِلَيَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا وَإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَيَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمُتَشَدِّقُونَ الْمُتَفَيْهِقُونَ» قُلْتُ لِابْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ مَا الْمُتَفَيْهِقُونَ؟ قَالَ الْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ  

from the Prophet ﷺ [who] said, "Verily, the most beloved of you and closest to me in the Hereafter are those with the best character. "أحبكم إلىَّ، وأقربكم منى مجلسًا يومَ القيامة أحاسِنُكم أخلاقًا، وأبغضكم إليَّ وأبعدكم منى مجلسًا يوم القيامة مساوئكم أخلاقًا الثرثارون المتشدقون المتفيهقون" .  

"إِنَّ أحبَّكم إِلىَّ وأَقربَكم منى مجلِسًا يومَ القيامةِ أَحاسِنُكُمْ

أَخلاقًا، وإِنَّ أبغَضكم إِلىَّ وأَبْعدَكُمْ مِنِّى مجلسًا يومَ القيامةِ مساوِئُكم أخلاقًا، الثرثارون المُتَشَدِّقُونَ اْلمتَفَيْهِقُون".  

"إِنَّ مِنْ أَحبِّكُمْ إِلَىّ وأَقَرَ بِكُمْ مِنِّى مَجْلِسًا يومَ القيامَةِ أَحَاسنَكُمْ أَخْلاقًا، وإِنَّ أَبْغَضَكُمْ إِلَىّ وَأَبَعَدَكُمْ مِنِّى يَوْمَ القِيامةِ الثَّرْثَارُونَ والمُتَشَدِّقُونَ، والْمُتَفَيْهَقُونَ قالوا: يا رسولَ اللَّه. ما الْمُتَفَيْهقُونَ؟ قَالَ: المتُكَبِّرون".
