Messenger of Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, but I am ill. Thereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: Enter Into the state of Ihram on condition that you would abandon it when Allah would detain you.

دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي

Messenger of Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, but I am ill. Thereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: Enter Into the state of Ihram on condition that you would abandon it when Allah would detain you. (Using translation from Muslim 1207b)

دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said to Dibaa'ah, "Perform Hajj and stipulate that the place where you kept me captive is the location for my release."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِضُبَاعَةَ «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّيَ حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon Dhubaa'ah while she was mourning and she said, "I want to perform Hajj while I am mourning." He said to her, "Perform Hajj and stipulate that the place where you held me captive is my place of return."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ وَهِيَ شَاكِيَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّيَ حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

[Machine] "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ said to Dhuba'ah, 'Perform the pilgrimage and stipulate that my place of confinement is where you have held me.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِضُبَاعَةَ «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ said to Dib'aa'a: "Perform Hajj, but stipulate that my place of confinement is where you are holding me."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِضُبَاعَةَ «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said to a merchant, "Perform Hajj and make a condition that my place of confinement is where you have detained me."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِضُبَاعَةَ «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

[Machine] Ali entered while the Prophet ﷺ was present, and I was complaining. He said, "Do you want to perform the Hajj this year?" I replied, "I am sick, O Messenger of Allah." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Perform the Hajj and say my name as your Mahill (a place of staying) wherever you are kept."

دَخَلَ عَلِيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ فَقَالَ «أَمَا تُرِيدِينَ الْحَجَّ الْعَامَ؟» فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي عَلِيلَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ حُجِّي وَقُولِي مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي
