ذِكْرُ الْأَمْرِ بِالِاشْتِرَاطِ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَهُوَ شَاكِي

ibnhibban:3775 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Ibn Abū al-Sarī > Shuʿayb b. Isḥāq > Ibn Jurayj > Abū al-Zubayr > Ṭāwus > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon Dhubaa'ah while she was mourning and she said, "I want to perform Hajj while I am mourning." He said to her, "Perform Hajj and stipulate that the place where you held me captive is my place of return."

ابن حبّان:٣٧٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ طَاوُسًا أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَى ضُبَاعَةَ وَهِيَ شَاكِيَةٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَأَنَا شَاكِيَةٌ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّيَ حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»

Messenger of Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, but I am ill. Thereupon Allah's Apostle ﷺ said: Enter Into the state of Ihram on condition that you would abandon it when Allah would detain you.

ahmad:25308 – ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > al-Zuhrī > ʿUrwah > ʿĀʾishah And Hishām from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered upon Duba'ah bint Zubi' ibn 'Abdul-Muttalib while she was complaining, so he said to her, "File your complaint and make a condition that my judgment will be where you have confined me."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered upon Du'bah, the daughter of Zubayr ibn Abd al-Muttalib, while she was complaining. She said, "I wish to perform Hajj but I am unable to. "The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Perform Hajj and make the condition that you say: 'O Allah, my place of residence is wherever You have confined me.'"

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said to a merchant, "Perform Hajj and make a condition that my place of confinement is where you have detained me."

الطبراني:٢١٣٠٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِضُبَاعَةَ «حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي»
