[AI] For me, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , interested in learning Syriac? Verily, books in the Syriac language come to me." I said, "No." He said, "Then learn it." So I learned it in seventeen days.
[AI] There was a Sahabi called Thabit ibn Ubaid who asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "Do you speak Syriac?" I said, "No." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Learn it, for it brings us books." So, within seventeen days, I learned it. Al-A'mash said, "Books used to come to him and no one could read them except those who trusted him." This Hadith is considered Sahih if it is proven that Thabit ibn Ubaid heard it from Zaid ibn Thabit without any interruption.

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Books are coming to me from people that I do not like everyone to read. Can you learn the Syriac language?" I said, "Yes." He said, "So I learned it in seventeen days."
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "There are books that I do not like anyone to read. Will you be able to learn them and improve your character?" I said, "No." He said, "Then learn them." So I learned them in seventeen days, the wording of the hadith from Ibn al-Fadl.
