When the Prophet ﷺ bowed, he said: "Allahumma laka rak'atu wa bika amantu wa laka aslamtu wa alayka tawwakaltu, anta Rabbi, khasha'a sam'i wa basri wa dammi wa lahmi wa 'azmi wa 'asabi Lillahi Rabbil-'Alamin ( O Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I believe, to You I have submitted and in You I put my trust. You are my Lord. My hearing, my sight, my blood, my flesh, my bones and sinews are humbled before Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.)"  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَدَمِي وَلَحْمِي وَعَظْمِي وَعَصَبِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ  

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood to offer a voluntary prayer, he would say when he bowed: "Allahumma laka rak'atu wa bika amantu wa laka aslamtu wa alayka tawwakaltu, anta Rabbi, khasha'a sam'i wa basri wa lahmi wa dammi wa mukhi wa 'asabi Lillahi Rabbil-'Alamin ( O Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I believe, to You I have submitted and in You I put my trust. You are my Lord. My hearing, my sight, my flesh, my blood, my brain and my sinews are humbled before Allah, the Lord of the Worlds)."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ يُصَلِّي تَطَوُّعًا يَقُولُ إِذَا رَكَعَ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَلَحْمِي وَدَمِي وَمُخِّي وَعَصَبِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ  

ʿO Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I have believed and to You I have submitted. You are my Lord. My hearing my sight, my brain, my bones and my sinews submit to You. Whatever my feet carry is for Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.”  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَمُخِّي وَعَظْمِي وَعَصَبِي وَمَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِهِ قَدَمِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ  

ʿO Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I have believed and to You I have submitted. You are my Lord. My hearing my sight, my brain, my bones and my sinews submit to You. Whatever my feet carry is for Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 960)  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ «اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَمُخِّي وَعَظْمِي وَعَصَبِي وَمَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِهِ قَدَمِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ»  

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bowed, he said: "Allahumma laka rakʿatu was laka aslamtu wa bika amantu, khashaʿa laka samʿi wa basri wa ʿizami wa mukhi wa ʿasabi (O Allah, to You I have bowed and to You I have submitted and in You I have believed. My hearing, sight, bones, brain and sinews are humbled before You)." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1050)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَعِظَامِي وَمُخِّي وَعَصَبِي»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَدَمِي وَلَحْمِي وَعَظْمِي وَعَصَبِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ يُصَلِّي تَطَوُّعًا يَقُولُ إِذَا رَكَعَ «اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ جَمِيعُ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَلَحْمِي وَدَمِي وَمُخِّي وَعَصَبِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ»  

[Machine] Narrated from the Prophet ﷺ : When he began the prayer and mentioned supplications, and He said in it, and when he bowed he said, "O Allah, I bow to You, and in You I believe, and to You I submit. My hearing, sight, and bones humble to You. I think he said, "My mind and nerves".  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كَانَ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَقَالَ فِيهِ وَإِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَعِظَامِي أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَمُخِّي وَعَصَبِي  

ʿO Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I have believed and to You I have submitted. You are my Lord. My hearing my sight, my brain, my bones and my sinews submit to You. Whatever my feet carry is for Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 960)   

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا ابْتَدَأَ الصَّلَاةَ الْمَكْتُوبَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ قَالَ وَكَانَ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ اللهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَلَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ أَنْتَ رَبِّي خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَمُخِّي وَعَظْمِي وَمَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِهِ قَدَمِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ  

"اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَلَكَ أسْلَمْتُ، خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمعْي وَبَصَرِى، وَمُخِّي، وَعَظْمِى، وَعَصَبِى، وَشَعْرِى، وَبَشَرِى، وَمَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِه قَدَمِى".
