It does not seem proper for a Siddiq that he should be an invoker of curse.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَنْبَغِي لِصِدِّيقٍ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَعَّانًا

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "It is not appropriate for a believer to be foul-mouthed."  

الحاكم:١٤٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُؤْمِنِ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَعَّانًا»  

bayhaqi:20793 – my father

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not appropriate for a truthful person to be foul-mouthed."  

البيهقي:٢٠٧٩٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أنبأ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The true person must not be a curser."
