The Prophet ﷺ prayed seven rakʿat together and eight rakʿat together.

صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ سَبْعًا جَمِيعًا وَثَمَانِيًا جَمِيعًا

Messenger of Allah ﷺ had sent me from Jam' (i.e. Al-Muzdalifa) at night.

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

The Prophet ﷺ sent me (to Mina) with the luggage from Jam' (i.e. Al-Muzdalifa) at night.

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ يَقُولُ بَعَثَنِي أَوْ قَدَّمَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي الثَّقَلِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

The Prophet ﷺ was cupped while he was in a state of Ihram.

احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَهْوَ مُحْرِمٌ

Ibn Shawwal (the freed slave of Umm Habiba) reported that he went to Umm Habiba (the wife of Allah's Apostle) who informed him that Allah's Apostle ﷺ sent her from Muzdalifa during the night.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ بِهَا مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me from Muzdalifa ahead (of the caravan) along with the luggage or with the weak ones during (the latter part of the) night.

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الثَّقَلِ أَوْ قَالَ فِي الضَّعَفَةِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

"I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eight (Rak'ahs) together and seven (Rak'ahs) together."

صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَمَانِيًا جَمِيعًا وَسَبْعًا جَمِيعًا

"the Messenger of Allah was cupped while he was fasting and in Ihram." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 775)

«احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had his camel's saddle tied up with a camel's hair while in the state of ihram.

«احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِلَحْيِ جَمَلٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas say, "Allegiance cannot be bought nor given as a gift, rather allegiance is for the one who frees others."

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ «لَا يُبَاعُ الْوَلَاءُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ وَالْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me in a group of people at night.

بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الثَّقَلِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

"The Prophet ﷺ died when he was sixty-five years old." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3650)

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا خَتِينٌ

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed eight units in total.

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَمَانِيًا جَمِيعًا وَسَبْعًا جَمِيعًا

مِهْرَانَأَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas say that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) married my aunt, Maymuna al-Hilaliyah, while he was in a state of Ihram.

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ نَكَحَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ الْهِلالِيَّةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ sent him to gather at night in a heavy load.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ فِي الثَّقَلِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ sent me with a magic spell gathered by the weight of the Prophet ﷺ.

بَعَثَنِي نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ بِسَحَرٍ مِنْ جَمْعٍ فِي ثَقَلِ نَبِيِّ اللهِ ﷺ

"the Messenger of Allah was cupped while he was fasting and in Ihram." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 775)

احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

[AI] Tawus said: Ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed an 'Ihtijam' (a form of bloodletting) while in a state of 'Ihram' and his head was covered.

عَنْ طَاوُسٍقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ

[AI] Ibn Abbas said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ shaved his head while he was in a state of ihram."

ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ «احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ»

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me in a group mission at night."

«بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الثَّقَلِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ فِي الثِّقَلِ بِلَيْلٍ مِنْ جَمْعٍ مَعَ أَهْلِهِ

[AI] I heard Jarir ibn Abdullah say, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never saw me except with a smile."

سَمِعْتُ جَرِيرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ «مَا رَآنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا تَبَسَّمَ»

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the act of hijama while he was in a state of ihram."

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ «احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made me sit ahead of him whether in a journey by night or a journey by day (with him)."

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ «قَدَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الضَّعَفَةِ أَوْ فِي الثَّقَلِ مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ»

"I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eight (Rak'ahs) together and seven (Rak'ahs) together." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 603)

«صَلَّيْتُ وَرَاءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ثَمَانِيًا جَمِيعًا وَسَبْعًا جَمِيعًا»

[AI] I heard Ibn Abbas saying, "The neighbor fasts."

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ يَصُومُ الْمُجَاوِرُ

[AI] Loyalty cannot be bought nor can loyalty be given to someone who has been set free.

لَا يُبَاعُ الْوَلَاءُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ

"عَن ابْنِ عباسٍ قَالَ: الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ، لَا يَجُوزُ بَيْعُهُ، وَلَا هِبَتُهُ".
