“A house in which there are no dates, its people will go hungry.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3327)
[Machine] "It was that whenever she received a gift, she would cover it until he left immediately, then she would say, 'Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Indeed, it is better for blessings.'"
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ left the bathroom and was given food. It was asked to him, "before you perform ablution (wudu)?" He ﷺ said, "I intend to pray so I will perform ablution."

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'If dinner is ready and the Iqamah for prayer is said, then start with dinner first."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 853)
[Machine] "From the Prophet ﷺ , the following is similar to him."

39.1 [Machine] Etiquette of eating
[Machine] To me, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Sit, my son, mention Allah's name, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you." He said, "By Allah, my food did not end."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ invited him to a meal and said, "Come, my son, eat from what is in front of you and eat with your right hand, and remember the name of Allah over it."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever forgets to mention Allah's name at the beginning of his meal, let him say it when he remembers, 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah) at the beginning and at the end. For indeed, he will have a new meal and he will be protected from any impurities that may have been present."
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was eating food with six of his Companions when a Bedouin came and ate it all in two bites. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘If he had said Bismillah, it would have sufficed you (all). When any one of you eats food, let him say Bismillah, and if he forgets to say Bismillah at the beginning, let him say Bismillah fi awwalihi wa akhirih (In the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3264)
The Prophet ﷺ said: Come near, my son, mention Allah's name, eat with your right hand and eat from what is next to you. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3777)
[Machine] Abu Bakr went out with the migration to the mosque, and Umar heard about that. He said, "O Abu Bakr, what has brought you out at this hour?" Abu Bakr said, "I was not brought out except by the pangs of hunger that I feel." Umar said, "By Allah, nothing else has brought me out either." While they were in that state, the Prophet ﷺ came out to them and said, "What has brought both of you out at this hour?" They said, "By Allah, nothing has brought us out except the pangs of hunger that we feel." He said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, nothing else has brought me out either. So get up." They continued until they reached the door of Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari. Abu Ayyub used to keep food or milk for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He delayed it that day and did not come until later. He then fed his family and went to work in his date palm tree. When they reached the door, his wife came out and said, "Welcome, O Messenger of Allah, and whoever is with you." The Prophet ﷺ said to her, "Where is Abu Ayyub?" She heard him while he was working in his date palm tree, and he came quickly and said, "Welcome, O Messenger of Allah, and whoever is with you. O Messenger of Allah, this is not the time you usually come." The Prophet ﷺ said to him, "You have spoken the truth." He took a cluster from the date palm tree containing dates, dried dates, and ripe dates, and the Prophet ﷺ said, "I intended nothing but that you gather for us from its dates." Abu Ayyub said, "O Messenger of Allah, I would like for you to eat from its dates, dried dates, and ripe dates, and I would slaughter for you along with it." The Prophet ﷺ said, "If you slaughter, do not slaughter an elderly one." He took a neck or a leg and slaughtered it. He said to his wife, "Bake bread and knead dough for us. You know how to make bread." He took the leg and cooked half of it. When the food was ready, it was placed in front of the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions. He took from the leg and placed it in a piece of bread and said, "O Abu Ayyub, deliver this to Fatimah. She has not tasted anything like this for days." Abu Ayyub took it to Fatimah, and when they all ate and were satisfied, the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Bread, meat, dates, dried dates, and ripe dates." Tears came to his eyes, and he said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, this is the happiness about which you will be asked on the Day of Resurrection." This greatly affected his Companions, and he said, "Rather, when you attain something similar to this, strike it with your hands and say, 'In the name of Allah.' And when you are satisfied, say, 'All praise is due to Allah, who has fed us and bestowed His blessings upon us. This is sufficient for us.'" When he stood up, he said to Abu Ayyub, "Come to us tomorrow." And no one came to him without him wanting to reward them. Umar said, "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ ordered you to come to him tomorrow." So he went to him the next day, and he gave him his wife as a gift and said, "O Abu Ayyub, be kind to her, for we have not seen anything but goodness from her as long as she has been with us." When Abu Ayyub brought her from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said, "I find no better recommendation from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ than to free her, so I freed her."

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say after finishing his food, "Praise be to Allah, much abundant and pure and blessed praise. It is not enough nor is it temporarily stored, and none can be self-sufficient without it."

[Machine] We witnessed a meal at the house of Abdul Alaa, and Abu Umamah was with us. Abu Umamah said, after finishing the food, "When the meal is over, I do not like to be a speaker. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say after finishing the food, 'Praise be to Allah, abundant, pure and blessed praise. A praise that is not temporary or unnecessary.'"

[Machine] A man from the Ansar invited the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "So we went with him, and when he ate and washed his hands, he said, 'Praise be to Allah who has given us food and has not made us in need of anyone's provision. He guided us, fed us and quenched our thirst. Every good adversity has been replaced by something better. Praise be to Allah who fed us with food and gave us drink from beverages, clothed us from nakedness, guided us from misguidance, illuminated us from blindness, and favored us over many of His creation. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.'"

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ate or drank, he said: "Praise be to Allah Who has given food and drink and made it easy to swallow, and provided an exit for it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3851)

Ibn ‘Abbas said that his maternal aunt presented to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ clarified butter, lizards and cottage cheese. He ate from clarified butter and cheese, but left the lizard abominably. It was eaten on the food cloth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Had it been unlawful, it would not have been eaten on the food cloth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3793)

The sister of my mother Umm Hufaid presented to Messenger of Allah ﷺ clarified butter (ghee), cheese and some lizards. He ate out of the clarified butter and cheese, but left the lizard finding no liking for it. But it was eaten on the table of Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Had it been forbidden (haram), it could not be eaten on the table of Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Muslim 1947)
