ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ إِعْطَاءِ الْمَرْءِ بِشِمَالِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَشْيَاءِ، وَكَذَلِكَ الْأَخْذُ بِهَا

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade giving or taking anything with the left hand, and forbade breathing into the vessel when drinking."  

ابن حبّان:٥٢٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يُعْطِيَ الرَّجُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ شَيْئًا أَوْ يَأْخُذَ بِهَا وَنَهَى أَنْ يَتَنَفَّسَ فِي إِنَائِهِ إِذَا شَرِبَ»
