The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah created His creation, and when He had finished it, the womb, got up and caught hold of Allah whereupon Allah said, "What is the matter?' On that, it said, 'I seek refuge with you from those who sever the ties of Kith and kin.' On that Allah said, 'Will you be satisfied if I bestow My favors on him who keeps your ties, and withhold My favors from him who severs your ties?' On that it said, 'Yes, O my Lord!' Then Allah said, 'That is for you.' " Abu Huraira added: If you wish, you can recite: "Would you then if you were given the authority. do mischief in the land and sever your ties of kinship. (47. 22)  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ خَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْهُ قَامَتِ الرَّحِمُ فَأَخَذَتْ بِحَقْوِ الرَّحْمَنِ فَقَالَ لَهَا مَهْ قَالَتْ هَذَا مَقَامُ الْعَائِذِ بِكَ مِنَ الْقَطِيعَةِ قَالَ أَلاَ تَرْضَيْنَ أَنْ أَصِلَ مَنْ وَصَلَكِ وَأَقْطَعَ مَنْ قَطَعَكِ قَالَتْ بَلَى يَا رَبِّ قَالَ فَذَاكِ لَكِ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ اقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ {فهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَنْ تُفْسِدُوا فِي الأَرْضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ}  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah created the creation, and when He finished from His creation the Rahm (womb) got up, and Allah said (to it). "Stop! What do you want? It said; "At this place I seek refuge with You from all those who sever me (i.e. sever the ties of Kinship.)" Allah said: "Would you be pleased that I will keep good relation with the one who will keep good relation with you, and I will sever the relation with the one who will sever the relation with you. It said: 'Yes, 'O my Lord.' Allah said (to it), 'That is for you.'' And then Abu Huraira recited the Verse:-- "Would you then if you were given the authority, do mischief in the land, and sever your ties of kinship." (47.22)

Verily Allah created the universe and when He had finished that, ties of relationship came forward and said This is the place for him who seeks refuge from severing (of blood-relationship). He said: Yes. Are you not satisfied that I should keep relationship with one who joins your ties of relationship and sever it with one who severs your (ties of relationship)? They (the ties of blood) said: Certainly so. Thereupon He said: Well, that is how things are for you. Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said: Recite if you like:" But if you turn away you are sure to make mischief in the land and cut off the ties of kinship. Those it is whom Allah has cursed, so He has made them deaf and blinded their eyes. Do they not reflect on the Qur'an? Or, are there locks on their hearts?".

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Indeed, when Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, finished creating, the womb stood up and took hold of the Most Merciful. It said, 'O Allah! Is this the place for the one who seeks refuge with You from severing blood ties?' Allah said, 'Yes, would you be pleased that I connect those who maintain ties with you and cut off those who sever them?'"

(Recite, if you wish): "Then do you hope that they will believe in you, while a party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort the Torah after they had understood it while they were knowing?" (Quran 2:75) until His saying, "Do they not then ponder over the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts?" (Quran 47:24) and so on.

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Indeed, Allah created all of creation until, when He finished His creation, the womb said, 'This is the place of refuge from severing the ties of kinship.' He said, 'Yes, are you not pleased that I shall maintain the one who maintains you and sever the one who severs you?' It said, 'Yes, O Lord.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Recite if you wish: 'Then do you think that you will act in such a way that you will cause corruption on the earth and sever your ties of kinship? They are those whom Allah has cursed, so He has made them deaf and blinded their vision." [Surah Muhammad: 23]

"خلق اللَّه الْخَلْق فلمَّا فرغ مِنهُ قامت الرحمُ فأخذت بِحَقْوِ الرحمن، فقال: مهْ، قالت: هذا مقامُ العائِذِ بِك مِن القَطِيعةِ، قال: نعمْ، أَلَا ترْضيْن أَنْ أَصِل مَنْ وَصَلَكِ وأَقْطَعَ مَنْ قَطَعَكِ؟ ، قالت: بَلَى يا ربِّ، قال: فَذَاكَ لَك".
