The Prophet ﷺ used to start every thing from the right (for good things) whenever it was possible in all his affairs; for example: in washing, combing or wearing shoes.

The Prophet ﷺ used to love to start doing things from the right side whenever possible, in performing ablution, putting on his shoes, and combing his hair. (Al-Ash'ath said: The Prophet ﷺ used to do so in all his affairs.)

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ loved to start from the right-hand side in his every act i. e. in wearing shoes, in combing (his hair) and in performing ablution.

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] liked to start on the right whenever possible; when purifying himself, when putting on his shoes, and when combing his hair.

"The Prophet ﷺ used to like to start with the right as much as he could when purifying himself, putting on sandals and combing his hair" - and he (the narrator) said in Wasit (a place in Iraq): "And in all his affairs."

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ liked to begin with the right side as far as possible in all conditions: in his purification, and combing. The narrator Muslim added: "in using tooth-stick," and he did not mention "in all his conditions".  

Abu Dawud said: Shu'bah transmitted it from Mu'adh, but did not mention "his tooth-stick."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to prefer the right in all his affairs, whether in his purification, wearing his shoes, or mounting his animal. Then I asked him about performing ablution with the Kufiyyah (headshawl), and he said, "Prefer the right as much as you can."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to prefer/delight in being right-handed in all his affairs, including walking, purification, and wearing his shoes. Shu'bah said, "Then I asked him afterwards, and he said, 'The Prophet ﷺ used to like/prefer being right-handed in whatever he was able to.'"
