[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to prefer/delight in being right-handed in all his affairs, including walking, purification, and wearing his shoes. Shu'bah said, "Then I asked him afterwards, and he said, 'The Prophet ﷺ used to like/prefer being right-handed in whatever he was able to.'"  

أحمد:٢٥٥٤٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُعْجِبُهُ التَّيَمُّنُ فِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ فِي تَرَجُّلِهِ وَفِي طُهُورِهِ وَفِي نَعْلِهِ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُحِبُّ أَوْ يُعْجِبُهُ التَّيَمُّنُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ

The Prophet ﷺ used to start every thing from the right (for good things) whenever it was possible in all his affairs; for example: in washing, combing or wearing shoes.

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُحِبُّ التَّيَمُّنَ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ فِي طُهُورِهِ وَتَرَجُّلِهِ وَتَنَعُّلِهِ  

nasai:421Sūwayd b. Naṣr > ʿAbdullāh > Shuʿbah > al-Ashʿath b. Abū al-Shaʿthāʾ from his father > Masrūq > ʿĀʾishah

"The Prophet ﷺ used to like to start with the right as much as he could when purifying himself, putting on sandals and combing his hair" - and he (the narrator) said in Wasit (a place in Iraq): "And in all his affairs."  

النسائي:٤٢١أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الأَشْعَثِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُحِبُّ التَّيَمُّنَ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فِي طُهُورِهِ وَتَنَعُّلِهِ وَتَرَجُّلِهِ وَقَالَ بِوَاسِطٍ فِي شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to prefer the right in all his affairs, whether in his purification, wearing his shoes, or mounting his animal. Then I asked him about performing ablution with the Kufiyyah (headshawl), and he said, "Prefer the right as much as you can."
