أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْمُسْتَحِلَّ وَالْمُسْتَحَلَّ لَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمَوْشُومَةَ وَمَانِعَ صَدَقَتِهِ وَحَدِيثُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ إِلَّا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and the one who witnesses it; the woman who does tattoos and the woman who has that done"- he said: "Unless it is done as a remedy;" he said: "Yes"- "the man who married a woman in order to divorce her so that she may go back to her first husband and the man (the first husband) for whom that is done; and the one who withholds Sadaqah (Zakah). And he used to forbid wailing (in mourning), but he did not say 'cursed'"
لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُوتَشِمَةَ قَالَ إِلاَّ مِنْ دَاءٍ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَالْحَالُّ وَالْمُحَلَّلُ لَهُ وَمَانِعُ الصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَعَنَ
There is no doubt that it was ‘Ali ؓ - said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the two who witness it, the one who writes it is down, the one who does tattoo the one for whom tattoos are done, the one who marries a woman and is divorces her so that she become permissible for her first husband, the one for whom that is done and the one who withholds zakah. And he forbade wailing.
عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا أَشُكُّ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ وَالْمُحِلِّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ

لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ لِلْحُسْنِ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَالْمُحِلَّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ
Muhammad ﷺ cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, the one who witnesses it, the woman who does tattoos and the woman who gets tattoos done. Ibn ‘Awn said: Except in the case of illness? He said: Yes. [And he continued:]... the one who marries a woman and divorces her so that she becomes permissible for her first husband, and the one for whom that is done, and the one who withholds zakah. And he forbade wailing (for the dead). He did not say curse. I said: Who told you? He said: al-Harith al-A’war al-Hamdani.

«لَعَنَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةُ وَالْمُتَوَشِّمَةُ» قَالَ قُلْتُ «إِلَّا مِنْ دَاءٍ» قَالَ «نَعَمْ وَالْمُحَلِّلُ وَالْمُحَلَّلُ لَهُ وَمَانِعُ الصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَعَنَ»
"عن عَلِىٍّ قالَ: لَعَن رسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَشَرَة: آكِلَ الرِّبَا، ومُوكِلهُ، وشَاهِدَيْه، وَكاتِبه، والواشِمة والمُسْتَوشِمَة للِحُسْنِ، ومانعَ الصَّدقَةِ، والمُحِلَّ، والمُحلَّل لهُ، وَكانَ يَنهى عَن النَّوْح وَلمَ يقُل لَعنَ".
"عَنِ الشَّعْبِىِّ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، والواشمة، وَالمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ لِلْحُسْنِ، وَمَانِع الصَّدَقَةِ، وَالمُحَلِّلَ، والمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ، وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ".
