Anas said, "I will leave no stone unturned in making you offer the prayer as I have seen the Prophet ﷺ making us offer it." Anas used to do a thing which I have not seen you doing. He used to stand after the bowing for such a long time that one would think that he had forgotten (the prostrations) and he used to sit in-between the prostrations so long that one would think that he had forgotten the second prostration.
While leading you in prayer I do not shorten anything in the prayer. I pray as I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leading us. He (Thabit) said: Anas used to do that which I do not see you doing; when he lifted his head from bowing he stood up (so long) that one would say: He has forgotten (to baw down in prostration). And when he lifted his head from prostration, he stayed in that position, till someone would say: He has forgotten (to bow down in prostration for the second sajda).
“When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his head from bowing, he would not prostrate until he had stood up straight. When he prostrated, he would raise his head and not prostrate again until he had sat up straight. And he used to spread out his left leg.”
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to stand up after raising his head from the bowing position until we would say, "He has stood up." And when he raised his head from prostration, he would sit between the two prostrations until we would say, "He has sat down."

"The Salat of Messenger of Allah (was such that) when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing, and when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from prostration it (all) was nearly the same." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 279)

[AI] "To pray with you as I have seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying with us," Thabit said, "I saw Anas ibn Malik doing something that I do not see you doing. When he raised his head from bowing, he would stand until the person saying 'He forgot' would say it, and when he raised his head from the first prostration, he would sit until the person saying 'He forgot' would say it."

[AI] "That I pray with you as I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying with us," Hammād said, Thābit said, "And Anas used to do something with us that I don't see you doing. When he raised his head from the bowing position, he stood up straight until the person saying the prayer said that he had forgotten. And when he raised his head from prostration, he remained in a sitting position until the person saying the prayer said that he had forgotten."

When he raised his head from the bowing position, he would stand still until the person behind him said, 'He has forgotten.' And when he raised his head between the two prostrations, he would sit until the person behind him said, 'He has forgotten the phrase of the hadith of Sulaiman ibn Harb.'"

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to mention the Hadith regarding the description of his prayer. He said: "When he raised his head from bowing, he would not prostrate until he stood upright, and when he raised his head from prostration, he would not prostrate until he sat straight."
